16:01:03 <AChes> I'm afraid I dont remember the context for the bitters, but Angustora bitters are a cocktail staple, not something you'd drink by itself, and there was a shortage a few years ago because of mismanagement in Trinadad. Campari on the other hand is fairly common, and can be drunk as a major component of a cocktail. I know of Peynaud bitters but those are a bit uncommon, and afterthat they get rare

The former is kind of popular for homemade experimentation
