Female strips and has head disappear, melting into upper chest (only eyes) with mouth where neck would be.  Arms disappear and legs become arms.  Vagina enlarges, and two sets of breasts (perhaps penis nipples?)

Involved person #2 by choice (merely eager friend of former)

Female strips and head gains penis head at top.  Mouth disappears(?) and nose(?) but eyes remain.  Arms also penises, but torso ends below breasts (with long penis tentacles that don't balance the larger arm ones.)  Maybe balls between breasts.

Involved person #3 and #4 (protesters)

Female #1 loses eyes to be vaginas, as well as mouth (or just tooth-and-tongue-less?  or always erect penis from mouth?).  Arms and legs gone, with flexible penis hair (that she may suck on).  Breasts don't quite keep immobile, but clearly serve as resting 'platforms.'  Female #2 becomes penis tail with breasts (or balls) running down length, with nose and mouth replaced by slit.  Perhaps biggest breasts at base keeping both immobile.
