Wait, no, why didn't she just change herself back to her male form before entering the dining hall?! Now they are all looking at her! This was so embarrassing!! Danaye held her head panicking, wishing that she was just invisible!

*Well, all of them aside from Claire, anyway. She has her eyes closed, blissfully enjoying her meal.*

And because she kept on it with much care, she managed to take it down aswell without getting hit! Even though it took some getting used to playing like this, she was getting pretty good at this game!
Now with level 4 done, all she had to was go for the gate to level 5~

Yes! Almost there... *The maid strolls on through the gate, looking forward to seeing what she can buy beyond it.*

Sitting there, Danaye looked around sheepishly after getting asked the question of what happened in the kitchen. This was already the second time today she had to explain herself about her phobia. "W-well.. Umm.. Y-you see... I'm n-n-not r-really comf--" But then the question from the other table came to introduce herself! "Ah~! W-wha?! M-Me? L-like this?" It just came to her that the others were asking about her genie form... Of course, they would! No one recognizes her like this! Why didn't she change her outfit? Wait, no, why didn't she just change herself back to her male form before entering the dining hall?! Now they are all looking at her! This was so embarrassing!! Danaye held her head panicking, wishing that she was just invisible!

*Arisu offers her hand... when suddenly, Danaye disappears right before her eyes!* D? Where'd you go!?

*At this point Danaye my realize that her wish has been granted - she is now totally invisible!*

Finally, she made it to the shop together with all the money she has been saving up on all for--! Wait... No way! HOW?! She had so much gold coins yet she didn't have enough for the massive Mega-NOPE-cannon-xD4999!! But how? She was saving up the whole time! How was she supposed to afford it then?...
But then it draws on her, she bought upgrades to boost her gun's firepower going into level 2, the exact price she was coming out short to buy the weapon now! That was so unfair! Did the game really expect the player to save up all game long just for this ridiculous weapon??

Danaye was already seated when she started panicking, making it very apparent to herself that she was indeed invisible now, as when looking down she could see the chair she was sitting on appearing to be empty. Because she didn't specify to who she would be invisible to, she was invisible to everyone, including herself!
"Ah~! Where did my body go?!" A voice appeared out of the spot she was last seen. "Oh wait... I can still feel it.. I'm here..."

Arisu scanned the area Danaye was just in making a beep noise when the scan ends! "Invisibility? No, not quite. There's traces of magic, but it's neither arcane or elementalism."

Claire: *in-between bites* It's not total, either. ... I can tell she's still in the room by the perfume.

Finally, she made it to the shop together with all the money she has been saving up on all for--! Wait... No way! HOW?! What does this game want from me!? *The maid spends a minute or two raging at the game's ridiculous expectations, then reluctantly settles for just grabbing the regular upgrades she was considering.* Stupid friggin' mrmrmrmr...

She indeed could do that or.. well she could settle for the next most expensive thing the Omega-Plasma-Blade, and upgrade the rest of her gear to advance level. But why would she buy a melee weapon? The only melee weapon, in-game, in fact. Didn't make much sense why they even had one of those in a game that was pretty much just shooting.. especially for that price...
But hey, what does she got to lose? Either she could continue with the items she was familiar with and hope for the best to finally beat that boss she failed so many times, or get an expensive weapon she never tried before. There sure has to be something with it to be priced that high, right?

After the maid bought the Omega-Plasma-Blade and upgraded her speed and defenses, it was up to her to face level 5 again. Entering the stage, she felt somewhat intimidated, as the weight of her past failures of this level crept up on her. Maybe it was her mind, or perhaps she could feel the manifested fearsome aura of the big boss all the way from the end of the level.
But there wasn't much time to think about it, enemies started to deploy, ready to fire!

Dan nods and says, "Ah, y-yes, I'm back. Uhh.. Why shouldn't I?.. Y-you don't like this look??" Dan looks at Penny questionably too.

And as the maid swings her red-glowing blade it cuts all those enemies to smithereens, even some of the bigger armored ones that normally took quite a few shots just melted through instantly by the blade. Like a hot knife through butter, was a very fitting metaphor.

What? N-No! You look like whatever you want! I was just... commenting, that's all.

"Um, okay...", Dan says looking at Penny, then looked at the other maids there, then to the robot-girl that didn't really look like a maid. "H-hi.. You said something about being new here?? I'm sorry, I didn't pick up on your name back then...ummm"

Arisu gives Dan a nod, confirming that he had got that part right! Arisu extends her arm again, offering a handshake again. "I'm Arisu Cyr, and you would be?"

And as the maid swings her red-glowing blade it cuts all those enemies to smithereens, even some of the bigger armored ones that normally took quite a few shots just melted through instantly by the blade. Like a hot knife through butter, was a very fitting metaphor.

...Holy crap. Why have I not been using this all game!? *The maid grins and keeps running through the level, slashing apart anything that gets in her way!*
