Uh, that was weird... would someone be talking about me?...--Ahh, wait up~", Danaye paddles after Penny to get to the pool's edge, following her to the changing room, then halts at the entrance realizing she was about to go in and change.. with Penny! "Eh-uh-ummmm, maybe I'll wait here, outside until you are done..", she whispers softly to Penny.

[Ookalf]

*Penny stops just inside the changing room and looks back at Danaye.* What, something wrong? You have to come in here to get your stuff, right?

[xGoggles]

She peeks in, "Y-yeah.. b-but..you'll be changing clothes and I'm.. well, you know... I'm not really supposed to be in here"

[Abillioncats]

"Right! I'll make sure to do that."

Bless you. And sure, I gotta get changed too. Come on if you're coming, Abby. *Penny floats her raft to the edge of the pool and heads into the changing room.*

*Abby nods, then flips over in the water and pulls herself out of the pool. Instead of heading for the changing room, she heads directly for the pool area's exit, shaking water out of her fur as she goes. The maid she'd been speaking to when she arrived facepalms.*

Oh, I see. I guess the "her" thing wouldn't be too surprising, either... *With her sharp ears, Zapana should hear the sounds of Circe approaching the foyer.*

Yeah... anyway, kid, thanks for taking the time to talk to me. I think your boss is on the way in.

"Mhm...so, wait, if you make it into food or drink, that's just for people who, already have that color right? Or is there some way to get the flavor out and like, make the color part go out to use in a potion..?"

Huh? ...Oh, 'cause you used to be a guy, right? I wouldn't worry too much about that if I were you. The same goes for like half the maids here. You get used to it after a while.

Sure thing... *May nods and, figuring that her job's done for the moment, retreats to her chair for a quick nap. Shortly thereafter, Circe enters the foyer!*

Ah, Zapana. I hear you have something for me?

"Mhm...so, wait, if you make it into food or drink, that's just for people who, already have that color right? Or is there some way to get the flavor out and like, make the color part go out to use in a potion..?"

*Denise shakes her head.* Not quite. While color-based foods are sometimes eaten by people already connected to those colors, other times they are used specifically to cause that transformation, for one reason or another. An extraction like you seem to be suggesting is not standard practice... Although, I suppose the idea does have potential. Maybe we should think about that... *She pulls a notepad out of her lab coat's pocket and starts writing something.*

"Yeah, at least until the tow guy finally gets here to tow my car...and I still don't know how I'm gonna change back to normal..."

Danaye slowly nods, then gets astounded, "Ah! W-what?! Y-you mean..." She looks around, partly in disbelief, and gets closer to whisper, "You mean..half of the maids here..used to be guys?.."

"Yeah, at least until the tow guy finally gets here to tow my car...and I still don't know how I'm gonna change back to normal..."

Well, that's still not really my field... But if you don't know how to change back, maybe you can just run with it for a while. I mean, what's the worst that can happen?

Danaye slowly nods, then gets astounded, "Ah! W-what?! Y-you mean..." She looks around, partly in disbelief, and gets closer to whisper, "You mean..half of the maids here..used to be guys?.."

Uh... Yeah? *Penny seems quite confused by Danaye's outburst.* I mean, this isn't, like, a secret or anything. I kinda thought Miss Circe was famous for it, even...

And who knows? Maybe you'll even start liking it eventually... *Jessie shrugs.* That's just me, though. You go do whatever you want with your life.

"But... I.. Uh..", she was just flabbergast. Sure Circe told her it was quite common, but this frequent? Thinking about all these maids she has seen, all these cute girls she has met, who is really who and what were they before?! Danaye's worldview kinda of crumbled apart...
As her mind tries to make sense of it, she begins to speak again, "I.. I'm not from this world... And I don't know who is famous for what here... I only heard Circe was a very powerful mage..not some.. maid-collector or someone that took practice in turning men into women... Is this really that normal here?"
