Circe's Manor THE NEXT

Well, we do have a landline you could probably use... Come on in, I guess. *May steps aside to let Clark through the door.*

"Thank you very much!" Clark enters the manor, giving the room a good look around. "Wow this place sure is big."

*Indeed, Penny is still just casually floating around. Occasionally she looks toward the door to see if Dan's arrived yet.*

Dan makes a sly grin.. well if she ever got a chance at finding out what people think of 'him', this was the time... Though she didn't feel very comfortable with lying though.. Deciding just try a little investigation without going too far at it.
Lowering herself into the pool, she slowly swims towards Penny and says, "Ermm, h-hey.. have you met that new apprentice of Circe, perhaps?"

"Thank you very much!" Clark enters the manor, giving the room a good look around. "Wow this place sure is big."

*Indeed, even the foyer is quite large and fancy, with hallways branching off in multiple directions.* Trust me, you don't know the half of it... Anyway, the phone's right there. Try not to take too long, I guess... *May stifles a yawn as she points Clark to a wireless phone hanging on a nearby wall.*

Yeah, I have. He's supposed to be meeting me here, actually, but he hasn't shown up yet...

Clark nods in thanks, and then takes the phone off the wall and dials a number. "Hello? Yes I'd like to get a tow..." He talks on the phone for a few minutes before hanging up and sighing. He looks back at May. "Well, they said they'd have a tow truck come for my car...in a few hours." He looks a bit distressed. "Is it alright if I stay in here till they arrive?"

"Thanks for checking on me, though!" Marie gives a friendly wave. She goes over to the basket, wagging her tail a bit at noticing its contents mostly still inside, and then goes on to finish her work.

A little later, Clark will see the wolf-girl maid walking by with a basket full of suspicious-looking hybrid fruits in her arms.

"Thanks for checking on me, though!" Marie gives a friendly wave. She goes over to the basket, wagging her tail a bit at noticing its contents mostly still inside, and then goes on to finish her work.

A little later, Clark will see the wolf-girl maid walking by with a basket full of suspicious-looking hybrid fruits in her arms.

Clark sees the wolf-girl maid, and awkwardly gives her a little wave, not sure what else to do. "Uh...hi there. Nice...fruit?" The fruit looked a little odd, but the lawyer didn't think much of it.

Clark nods in thanks, and then takes the phone off the wall and dials a number. "Hello? Yes I'd like to get a tow..." He talks on the phone for a few minutes before hanging up and sighing. He looks back at May. "Well, they said they'd have a tow truck come for my car...in a few hours." He looks a bit distressed. "Is it alright if I stay in here till they arrive?"

Yeah, I guess that's fine. Just try not to cause any trouble... *When Marie comes in, Marie sits back and watches Clark greet her without comment.*

She smiles a bit, getting excited that she wasn't recognized~
"Well, umm... W-what do you think of him?... I.. umm, I mean... The.. other maids say he is a bit umm.. odd??", she was kinda fishing for an opinion but she honestly had no idea what the maids thought of him... Was he weird, annoying or just shy.. or maybe even creepy?.. The more she thought about it the more worried she'd become for what the answer might be.

She smiles a bit, getting excited that she wasn't recognized~
"Well, umm... W-what do you think of him?... I.. umm, I mean... The.. other maids say he is a bit umm.. odd??", she was kinda fishing for an opinion but she honestly had no idea what the maids thought of him... Was he weird, annoying or just shy.. or maybe even creepy?.. The more she thought about it the more worried she'd become for what the answer might be.

Eh, he seemed like a nice enough guy to me.... Kinda shy, maybe, but I didn't think he was too bad.

Dan smiles brightly, "W-what?? R-really? I mean erm.. yeah.. of course~ Umm... Say..hypothetically.. if he were to be changed into a woman.. how would you react to that?", she asks, fidgeting a little with her fingers and mildly pressing her chest down with her arms while in the water.

*Penny shrugs.* I guess I'd just be kinda like whatever, you know? Stuff like that happens. Not like it's a big deal most of the time...

"Hello!" Marie's tail wags while gives a friendly wave with one arm, easily keeping the basket in the other one. "These are banangerines. They are not really that nice, though. They make goths," she says in response to the comment on the fruits.

"Banangerines...I think I've heard of those before...they make goths you say?" Clark looks thoughtful as he taps his chin for a moment. "What are you doing with them, if I may ask?"
