"Where are the supply closets?" Marie headtilts; there's a good chance she walked right by one on the way here and it had a big glowing sign saying "SUPPLY CLOSET HERE" and she didn't even notice it.

*The demon maid shrugs.* Eh, they're basically scattered all over the place. ...I guess I could help you find one, if you want.

"That might be best," says Marie, and then pauses as if remembering something. "Wait wait wait. Help...find...? I was supposed to help the mistress's apprentice find a cat person or something!" she yells slightly loudly, and looks around as if expecting Dan to be nearby. He is, of course, not in the kitchen at the moment. "Aww...where'd he go? I thought he followed me in here."

[Ookalf]

*Another shrug from the demon maid.* Sorry, can't say I've seen anyone like that...

*A nearby maid in a chef's hat chimes in.* Oh, are you talking about that kid with the goggles? I think he bolted as soon as he saw Summer's horns.

*Summer, the demon maid, groans and rolls her eyes.* Ugh, typical... Sorry, guess your gonna have to track that guy down without me.

Marie hmphs. "Well, that's rude, just 'cause you have horns...I should probably track him down first and then ask someone to help me find a storage closet." She turns to leave, sniffing around to try and track Dan's trail. Being next to him gave her a good idea of his scent already, of course.

And Marie likely finds Dan relatively fast , it wasn't that he has gotten that far, looking around mainly for his feline friends. Only when the dog-maid for close enough he finally notices her return. "Ahh..umm... H-hi welcome back.. m-made friends there..?" He asks a bit more bashful than before.

"Far be it from me to criticize a master, but it's awfully rude to run away from someone just 'cause they have horns," says Marie, crossing her arms with a sort of pouty expression. "But--anyway, you wanted me to find someone? Do you have anything with their scent on it?"

"Wh-what??! H-Horns.. I--.. Not--.. I'm not--... M-Maybe......." After a lot of muttering and waving his hands around in denial, he finally gives in. "Fine... I'll admit.. I have... issues with d-..demon-kind... Erm.. can we..maybe..not talk about this?" Dan feeling very uncomfortable about the topic.
"Oh yeah, well... I don't really see them there and I think they might be going soon... Um, something with their sent? No? Not something that I think I have... I know how to find their room though, maybe we should check there?" Collecting scents of people.. useful maybe.. but a bit more personal than just their number. But now with the fancy map and the notes he took before, he should be able to find Eebon&Echo room's location on the new map. Best to go check there, if they were still inside the manor or well.. to get their scent..maybe?

"Okay." Marie nodnods. "I can just go in to tidy things up a bit if they're not there, and a person's scent is usually all over their room."

*Looking at his animated map, Dan realizes that there's no need to sneak into anyone's room and sniff their belongings - he can already see the locations of everyone in the manor marked on it, even tracking their movements! Provided they're still in the manor, it shouldn't take long to find them.*

(Basically, imagine the Marauder's Map from Harry Potter.)

Dan gives a puzzled look at his map and then widens his eyes in the realization of this new function he somehow didn't notice before; the map could track people by name? Wait.. isn't that against privacy... erm.. Maybe he should ask Circe later about this.. the idea of everyone being able to track everyone seems a bit concerning.. not that he had anything to hide... "Oh, I think with this we'll be able to find them too, weird how I didn't notice this feature earlier" He says holding the map to Marie.

"Well..I thought I was airheaded," says Marie, looking at the map. "Master, could you see if there's a supply closet close to here? I should probably find a map and phone of my own so I don't have to worry about getting lost..."

He blushes a bit at that comment, "H-hey I'm as new to this as you are... And I'm.. just not a morning person, okay?.." Looking specifically for a supply closet or such, noticing a bunch of markings of what looks like restrooms, laundry, garbage disposal and so on... "Umm, I think it's one of these icons...", he points to the nearest one that looks like it might be for supplies, although he wasn't fully sure either."

*The symbol Dan has spotted appears to be a mop sticking out of a bucket. That seems like a supply closet, right?*

"Okay! Let's go see if that's it," says Marie, nodding. She heads off in the direction it looks like the map is showing that room relative to the dining area. It's uncertain whether she meant "let's" to actually include Dan or not, but...
