Circe's Manor THE NEXT

[xGoggles]

Dan wakes up, yawning and stretching, until finally noticing the new phone. Quickly he grabs it and turns it on to check it out.

[Ookalf]

*Dan's new phone turns out to be a fairly high-end model from some local Muffinville company, with just about all the features he could ask for. Circe's not one to cheap out on things, it seems.*

[xGoggles]

"This.. this is just amazing!" he says very joyfully. Before checking out any new features from it, he instead decided to try the regular out first, looking at the number that maid Penny gave him and texted her:

Got an awesome new phone today!

Rather to just send a text than maybe calling her awake.

Afterwards, he got out of bed and starts putting his clothes back on.

[Ookalf]

*Getting dressed goes as it normally does for Dan. Penny hasn't replied by the time he's done, so it seems he's free for the moment.*

[xGoggles]

He goes check his phone to see how early in the morning it is, wondering if he should go explore around the manor and find out if the maids are serving breakfast.

[Ookalf]

*Dan sees that it's around 8:00 AM - not a bad time for breakfast, by any means.*

[xGoggles]

Leaving his notepad in the room, but taking his phone and the map with him, Dan opens the door and looks around in the hallways before closing the door behind him. "Hmm, I wonder... Will this door automatically lock, I do I need a key", Not that he was that scared of theft within the manor but, yea.. maybe for privacy reasons, would be nice?
Focusing back on the hallways and then the map; swiping around the map to see if he could find a place where they likely will serve breakfast, or maybe a kitchen or something.

[Ookalf]

*Dan doesn't see any keyholes on the door... But that's probably not some he needs to be concerned about right now. Checking the map, Dan finds that there's a kitchen and dining hall not far from his current location. Oh boy!*

[xGoggles]

He heads towards the kitchen first; might as well check out the place where all the food is coming from. He'll have to explore around the manor anyway, so let's start there.~

*Ellen Harrison crosses paths with him en route to the same destination, still wearing the magenta-tinged pajamas she went to sleep in (plus a pair of slippers). As she walks she gives Dan an appraising half-lidded look, placing him under scrutiny for several long moments. Finally she nods minutely and turns away, focusing on the path ahead of them.*

*From up close, it's obvious despite the difference in species that Ellen and Eebon are sisters.*

Dan just stares back at the young girl looking him over. Not sure if he should say anything to her or what she actually was doing, to be honest.
Well, she did look related to Eebon so... "U-Ummm... Hi? Could it be... you and Eebon are siblings, maybe?", he slowly asks after a few moments of exchanging looks.

Ellen: ...Yes. You're my sister's friend?

[xGoggles]

"Oh, yes y-yeah, I guess, we kind of just met yesterday. We played some Worms Armageddon back in her room for a while... Nice to meet you, umm--??", Didn't Echo tell him all their names? He didn't take his notepad with him now to check. Come on it's only been a day ago.. it was something with an E for sure... "Umm, E-Ellen??"

Ellen: *slow nod* ...Yes. You're... Dan, right?

[xGoggles]

"Oh, they told you about me already?", Dan gets a bit surprised, seems the siblings have been talking later on even though it was rather late when he left.
Looking back on the map, to make sure he was going the right way, "So are you also going towards the kitchen?"
