Prison(brainstorming)

I had an idea for a TFy prison plot but not sure if I should run it in Rp room or if it might work better in Muffin, anyone have any suggestions?

That is extremely vague. Do you mean a prison where the prisoners are TFed? A prison where people are drawn in and TFed? Or what.

Prison is officially speaking for powerful types who have to be transformed to keep from using abilities, but could spread out to others

I am not sure if it would be better to do with new or old.
