Edna climbed back onto her chair, trying her best to make sure she wasn't showing off her underwear, and set her pom-poms on the table. The sight of the cheeseburger seemed to cheer her up, and she picked it up and took a large bite while peering across the table at Amber.

[Circe]

*smiles* Well, that answers that. *sits down at the seat in front of Edna and calls out* Excuse me, waitress?

*Linda the cheerleader waitress comes to the booth.* Right here! Oh, and don't worry about explaining - Miss Circe just told me about what happened with you two...

[Jello Shot Mischa]

I was thinking about what you asked me. You know, about the card game duelist thing? Well, you wouldn't be able to use them in an actual duel, I don't think, but I have extras of a few Touhou-based cards that I'm willing to let go for the sake of collection.

Mischa hmms? "What do they do?" he asks curiously.

((OOC: And so, after the boards transform into Sailor MSF and use her magical powers to drop SQL errors on poor ol' Ambush while he's trying to post, all suddenly becomes right with the world when she decides to take a vacation. ))

*Amber, whistling her theme music to herself, doesn't seem to be doing much else at the moment.*

*Linda the cheerleader waitress comes to the booth.* Right here! Oh, and don't worry about explaining - Miss Circe just told me about what happened with you two...

*chuckling* Much obliged. Could I have some fruit punch with ice, please? I don't particularly care if it transforms me or not.

Mischa hmms? "What do they do?" he asks curiously.

Well, I have one of that judge Eiki. Hard to actually bring out, but she lets you decide what to do with any destroyed monsters. There's also this Spell Card for Sakuya that references her time manipulation abilities, and... oh, what the hey. I'll just show you.

*Risk reaches behind her back and retrieves a set of nine cards, spreading them out on the table. She blinks when she notices that two of them are not at all related to the others.*

...Okay. How in blazes did Akainu get in here?

Edna gave Linda an embarrassed glance as the adult cheerleader revealed she was aware of everything that had happened. Chewing her bottom lip, she glances at the girl's skirt again before her cheeks went more red as she looked down into her lap, squirming about while biting into her burger.

[Circe]

*chuckling* Much obliged. Could I have some fruit punch with ice, please? I don't particularly care if it transforms me or not.

Alright. Before we get started, I think a formal introduction is in order. I'm Ambush Cat (or just Ambush to most everyone), but I also go by Amber Harrison when I'm walking around like this. You can call me Mom, or Amber, or even Mrs. Harrison. Makes little difference to me.

Yep; that'll be all. Breakfast was just an hour ago for me.

Edna's focus returned to Amber when she started to introduce herself. She was still eating, but definitely listening to the young woman. After swallowing her mouthful, she hesitantly spoke, "I... I'll call you Amber... if that's okay".

OK then! Be back in a flash! *Linda turns to leave.*

Mischa moves over to take a look! "Awwww, they look cute!" he says, picking up the Patchouli card to examine. "Although I'll admit to not being terribly familiar with the Yu-Gi-Oh rules... I always played more Magic, myself."

*While Mischa does this, his waitress quietly returns and places a glass of lemonade at his table.*

*The nurse waitress who greeted Mischa greets him!* Hello, this is Circe's Eatery! Please, go ahead and take a seat wherever you like - one of our waitresses will be by with a menu shortly.

Dact nods! "Allright, thanks." He says, sitting down in a booth table.

That's perfectly fine, Edna. So, if I may ask, did you do anything in particular for a living? ...I mean, I've heard a bit about you, but I don't know too much about you. *sighs* I haven't paid as much attention to goings-on around here as I used to.

*shrugs* That's alright; different tastes, and all that. So, if we're going by the cuteness factor, which ones do you prefer? I mean, both Patchy and Flandre look kinda nice...

((OOC: Oddly, MtG's never been a preference of mine. I've heard of it, but I've never really delved into the rules or anything like that.))

OK then! Be back in a flash! *Linda turns to leave.*

*nods, then does a double-take* ... Funny choice of words when you stop to think about it.

*A minute or two passes, and eventually a waitress in a maid outfit comes to the booth with a menu.* Hello, I'll be your server. Call me Sarah... *She sets the menu in front of Dact.*

The little cheerleader shook her head, her pigtails swishing about. "Not really. I've had trouble getting a good job. I've done a little bar work for Julia, and also helped in the bakery. I worked in Raleigh's store too... ", she trailed off for a moment, looking down before muttering, "... I had to be a girl for all those jobs... ".
