"It's not the sort of job I was expecting to get today, but it does sound like my kind of job", said the woman with a nod. Over at Roman's desk, the red-haired teenager was watching the scene unfold with interest. "You're smarter than you look", the woman said to Rhonda, "Now... where do we begin?".

[Rodney]

Rhonda licked her lips slowly as she handed the woman a folder with a stylised clock drawn on it. "We begin... where you began, or at least not far from it" she replied as when the woman's hands took the folder, it started ticking. Ticking like a watch as the hands of the drawn clock started moving backward.
"Excellent, you have transfered your story into the folder, now it will be slowly erased.

The folder levitated from the woman's hands and opened like a book at the last page it read :

"It's not the sort of job I was expecting to get today, but it does sound like my kind of job", said the woman with a nod

The type capitals at the end of the sentence were shrinkning and disappearing as the page's letter vanished, leaving it blank, the page turned and another one appeared, the text disappearing even faster. The woman only had the time to see :

The woman's eyes met Roman's as she heard his voice in ..

The page started flipping backward at a pace too fast for the woman to read the sentence, only catching a few words of her life that were being erased as the speed of turning pages produced like a fan a small wind that brushed against the woman's youthening cheeks. Rhonda giggled as she saw the magic having a visible effect on the slowly shrinking woman who now appeared to be in her teens.

The tic toc of the folder almost sounded like a buzzer now as the woman's body was racing through her years in reverse.

The woman reached out with one hand to take the folder, her other hand sweeping loose curls back from her face as she flashed Rhonda a very fake smile as the Secretary said something about starting... at the beginning. She peered down at the ticking clock in some confusion, "The new product is clocks?", she asked.

She gasped as the folder left her hand and opened up on it's own while floating infront of her. She shook her head slightly, watching the letters being erased from the pages, before they were turning too fast to keep up. "What's so funny?", she snapped at Rhonda in an annoyed voice as her smart clothing started looking rather silly on her regressing figure...

[Rodney]

Indeed her clothing was not providing anymore the perfect fit it used to. While it might have been half a size too small to showcase the shapes of the woman, those shape had gone the ways of the words on the folder's pages and nothing was stretching or even holding the fabric anymore which shagged on the tinier and skinnier frame of the woman.

Rhonda didn't feel compelled to answer what she found was so funny, but she still gave the woman a hint : "It's the new job that you will occupy that makes me laugh, it matches so perfectly your showy and needy quality that I find it very amusing. And no, the product isn't clocks. But it will protect you all around the clock.

Meanwhile, the page kept turning backward and the woman found herself at eye level with the top of Rhonda's desk. The secretary, even though she was seated, did now look quite impressive from the shrinking woman's perspective. That's the moment Rhonda choose to drop the bomb : "The new product is actually McMillan's Diapers, and you will be the perfect model !"

The brunette looked utterly confused as Rhonda's desk was suddenly just as tall as she was, and she found herself looking up at the sitting woman. The smart, snug black business dress slipped down from around her shoulders and swished down to pool around her ankles, leaving her clutching at an over-sized set of black lace bra and panties.

Her mouth fell open as she heard the Secretary reveal what the new product would be, and just what would be required of her. "Wh-What?", she gasped, her cheeks going bright red. "N-No!". A modelling job should have been a dream come true... but for diapers?! She turned away from the desk, and started to run across the office while trying to hold her underwear in place, and she almost made it before the teenage daughter of Roman blocked her path.

The regressing girl bumped into Melanie and then stumbled back, crashing down onto her butt while the red-head giggled, "Wow, Rhonda, where did you find this cutie?", asked the Boss's daughter.

"Hiiiii!" A giddy sounding, yet very attractive receptionist in a pink suit waved as he came in, "Like, whatcha here for?"

"Umm...well," said the man as he tried to keep his gaze off the girl's obvious viewed parts. He then looked up at her and said, "Well I was hoping to find help in getting a new job."

"Okay!" The secretary said brightly. "Just head up the elevator and speak to Rhonda or Mr. Boss!"

Chad acks, blinking as the office starts to fade and shift, turning to darkness. "W-wait!" she shouts, but finds herself suddenly standing in darkness, with only faint noises audible around her. "Umm..." she murmurs, squirming a bit as she glances around nervously, trying to make out some kind of details.

Suddenly, the walls burst open, and she's left blinking dazedly as she finds herself being introduced, almost blinded by the spotlight. Ch... Chloe? she thinks to herself, before offering a bit of an embarassed wave!

Mischa's a little startled to find the food already ready! Was it made by magic? She picks up the plates and carries them back to the carpet that Rosetta and her date are seated at, although as she weaves through the room she finds her hips taking on a natural sway, her pantaloons swirling with her movements -- which causes her to blush a bit in embarassment. "Here you are," she says, setting the plates down before the two. "Is there anything else I can get you?"

"So, dear, I have a favor to ask of you." He said, "When this latest walk-in has finished her transformation, Rhonda and I are going to step out for a bit. If you could handle anyone that comes in while we're gone, I'd greatly appreciate it."

Chloe, as she is now known, suddenly feels a compulsion to preform for the crowd. To show off, and put on a show for them.

Chad... er, Chloe finds herself walking around the stage, gesturing dramatically to the magician and the aforementioned magic box, unconsciously showing off her own curvaceous figure as she does so!

"Hmm..." He pondered, "I think that I'm ready to make a wish now. If you wouldn't mind sticking around, that is."

Rosetta nodded, "I'd like that too. When he's done."

Mischa blinks. "Eheh... a wish?" she asks with a bit of a nervous laugh, remembering the power bound within her. "What sort of wish would you like?"

"Alright. I can do that," said the man as he walked into the elevator and awaited to see the person he was suppose to see.

[Rodney]

"Wow, Rhonda, where did you find this cutie?", asked the Boss's daughter.

"Well, she is just an overconfident little girl who wouldn't have served Mr McMillan's best interest, but now, things are different : I cut her down to size, figuratively and literary" the secretary smirked.

She took a cooing voice to address the attempting escapee : "But we can't have you running all around like that can we ? No we can't ! No we can't !" and the former woman felt the strength in her legs fail her slowly. "Crawling should be enough for you." nodded Rhonda. "Just like any normal baby."

Then her voice took an icy tone : "You thought you could use your look instead of hard work to get a career, didn't you ? You thought you could steal my Roman away from me ?"
The woman could feel baby fat appearing under her skin as her voice became very high with a lisp. Unknowingly, she started to drool. This made Rhonda laugh even more.
"But don't worry, people will still find you to be adorable. You'll be the center of attention, everybody will recognize your face. We're going to make you a star !"

The brunette little girl peered up at the teenager in embarrassment, and then turned to look back at Rhonda as she felt the strength drain from her legs. She tried to climb to her feet, but just tumbled about comically, losing her bra in the process. Her cheeks were bright red as the Secretary continued to speak to her in that condescending tone.

Melanie glanced back to Roman with a smile, and nodded her head at his request. "Of course, Daddy. I'll keep everything ticking over", she promised before turning back to watch Rhonda work her magic, her dress softly rustling as she stepped further into the room.

The toddler looked as if she was going to burst into tears at any moment as Rhonda spoke about how she'd tried to use her look instead of hard work to get places, which of course was entirely true. She shook her head and cried out in horror as she began to plump out with baby fat as the woman stood there laughing.

"Ooh, what a lucky girl", coo'ed Melanie. "You're going to be famous!".

The whimpering baby looked back and forth between them both, sniffing and rubbing at her nose and eyes with balled up hands. Rhonda had figured out her personality perfectly. She looked confused, as even though she was being utterly humiliated, the promise of fame still appealed to her. It was a weakness. Her panties slipped off as she crawled along the floor towards Rhonda while she started to drool over her chin.

"This is an even better idea than my new range of dolls, Rhonda!", said Melanie excitedly.

[Rodney]

"Thanks Melanie" stated Rhonda as she kept looking down at the former woman at her boss's daughter's feet.
From the pile of underwear, was the final form of the new employee, a butt naked baby, ready to don her working uniform.

Rhonda picked the baby and placed it on the table, next to the folder that was now mostly white pages. She picked a diaper from a drawer in her desk and with one hand, lifted the legs of the baby in the air. She placed the diaper under her with the other hand and carefully landed the baby on the protective clothing. She folded it and secured it tightly on the tiny creature beneath her. It probably was an impressive experience for the former woman as Rhonda's body now appeared huge especially her hands that manipulated her so easily.

"It's a bit like taking care of a doll, I admit" laughed Rhonda as Melanie made comments. She dried the baby girl's chin with a napkin and tied a pink ribbon in her hair. "Just adorable..."

The woman had landed a place in the office. But she might never have imagined that this place was currently sitting on a desk in a cringling diaper.

The brown-haired baby cried in frustration as she was scooped up by her more mature rival and set on top of the desk. Her wide eyes watched, in awe of how large Rhonda seemed as she opened the drawer, to take out the diaper. She struggled and squirmed but it was useless, and within moments, the diaper was being secured around her waist.

"Wow, Rhonda, you're really good at that. I guess it comes with being a woman, huh?", asked the teenager, impressed, not realising that this might cause Rhonda herself some embarrassment. The baby blushed as the pink ribbon was then tied in her hair after her chin had been wiped dry, "Dith not the dob I came wooking for!", she whined, causing Melanie to giggle in delight.

The baby sat up, which was quite a struggle, moaning at the sight of her bare, flat chest and round, chubby tubby, but the real horror was even further down as she poked at the thick, crinkly diaper that she was destined to now be associated with.

"I can take care of our new little celebrity while you go to dinner with Daddy", said Melanie proudly, looking back up at the Secretary. "Don't worry, I'll take care of things so you two can... enjoy yourself", she smiled, her hand reaching out to ruffle the baby's hair. "Oh, does she have a name, Rhonda?", she asked.

*Taps foot impatiently at the entrance*

Rhonda didn't feel very at ease when Melanie assumed she had always been a woman and she blushed slightly

"I can take care of our new little celebrity while you go to dinner with Daddy", said Melanie proudly, looking back up at the Secretary. "Don't worry, I'll take care of things so you two can... enjoy yourself", she smiled, her hand reaching out to ruffle the baby's hair. "Oh, does she have a name, Rhonda?", she asked.

Once more Rhonda blushed at the innuendo.
"She's baby Tiffany now. But you can keep things informal and just call her baby. I'm sure there isn't much she will be able to do about it if that name doesn't sound appropriate to her infant's ears."
She picked the baby and gave her to Melanie. "I'm leaving the office to you while I'm gone with Roman" she said. "Make sure she gets some rest. Tomorrow will be quite a long day for her, she has a long photo shooting session planed."

*Taps foot impatiently at the entrance*

Rhonda heard the foot tapping, even from where she was standing, certainly the new person at the entrance would be bold enough to address the pretty bimbo named Julia for directions.
