Mischa lets out a slight sigh as the girl walks over, stepping backwards (and towards the elevator) to keep out of her reach. He's savvy enough to know being touched by someone who can magically transform others is not a good idea. "Oh, I'm sure your Father could just wriggle his fingers and I'd forget all of this ever happened. Or he could just let me go, as he'd likely find it entertaining if I tried to convince someone that these new Soylent Toys (or whatever) were made from people. Honestly, at this point anything else seems like it'd be a bit heavy-handed..."

"I'm glad you brought me to work, Daddy. I think this could be the start of a great Father-daughter business enterprise", she smiled. Of course, she knew that he hadn't brought her to work. She still knew she SHOULD have been a boy, and much older too, but it didn't bother her anymore.
She looked down at the doll, and brushed her fingers through the blonde hair. "We could create a whole range of dolls... although perhaps not too many at once. Little girls can only buy so many with their allowance. I know just the place to get... supplies, each time we're ready to launch a new doll. Becky had a whole group of friends that were just as rude as she was!".
It was only then, that she noticed the man her Father had gone to speak to, was still there, and apparently had witnessed her first use of magic. "Ohh... I'm not sure we can let you just walk out now, Sir. The toy business is a cut-throat industry, and you've just overheard a board meeting... you know our business plan now", she said with a smile, stepping towards him, her free hand reaching out to lightly grasp his arm. "What do you think, Daddy?".
Roman was embarrassed to be caught in such a blunt, obvious fashion. He was a chaos demon, sure, but even that required a degree of finesse. He supposed that when he was young, he'd treated his powers with reckless abandon as well...but this would not do.
To start, he dulled the memory, or at the very least created a powerful sense of ease in the mind of the onlooker.
"Now, Mischa" He said, "Nothing we're doing here is permanent. I promise you that the girl will be turned back to normal soon enough. Now...how can I help you?"
He then turned to Melanie.
"Dear, I'm impressed by your ambition, but I think it's best that you relax just slightly." He told her, "No need to go jumping the gun. There will be plenty of time for all of this later when the office isn't so crowded."

Taking the cart, she heads to the farthest end of the ward first and reads the names of the patients and their issues and treatments so she knows how best to create the chaos Roman seems to cause her to hunger for...
The first patient on her right was a Timothy Marx. Apparently, he'd was undergoing treatment for an ongoing fever. He'd been hot to the touch for days, and though his condition was not life threatening, he was rather sick and had been forced into bed rest.

At that point, teenage schoolgirl Julia Kovacs enters the office building, apparently not taking an notice of the acronym that its new name represents. She is guided, by the sings to Rhonda's office.
She enters and sits. "Hello. I'm here to talk about a job. A grown up job. I really hate this stupid kid body I've been stuck with."
She emphasized this last point with some vigor.
Roman watched. "Take your time. Use your judgement. I'm interested to see what you pick for the girl."
"Oh..." Rhonda said. "So, I suppose you to have been the victim of a transformation. I can relate to your pain. What exacly are you looking for in working for our company ? Feeling more like a grown up, I suppose ? What can of man were you ?" asked the transformed secretary, very ignorant that the schoolgirl was Julia.
She looked at the side of her desk where the 'office bimbo' was a possibility, but not one she planned on using as she could somehow relate to the person in front of her.

"Rodney, It's me." She said to him, "I was transformed in the game before you were. I was the other contestant that got the Halloween 2012 roll."
Roman's eyebrows raised at this. He didn't like what he was hearing, and would be rather alarmed if this girl started to sway his new secretary. He come to like her rather well, and would hate for some meddling interloper to ruin a good thing.
