"You use it to make sushi," said Dawn as she nodded several times. "You use it to wrap it around the fish and rice and then you eat it."

Dawn could be seen taking out seaweed, raw fish, and rice from her bust and made a small dust cloud to make cartoonish seaweed. She then begins to eat it.

It is as Mia has stated. There is sushi without seaweed to be sure but I prefer a bit of it myself.

Actually most anything you eat was once alive unless you have found that level of magic that makes it so you no longer have to eat or only eat artificial chemical creations. Part of why eating works is its a form of taking in the life force of another creature to bolster your own or at least that was how we explained it to humans so long ago. Ahh, looks like we are pretty much here anyway. If you want Callista I can hop down and do a quick run through of the food I want.

Soon smoke began to come out of Dawn's ears.
