((Well Raleigh's outfit might be a mirror of Alucard's of Hellsing for lack of a better reference off the top of my head. It's just that its all brown where his is red except the hat which is is black with a brown band around it. Amusingly enough he has a feather sticking out of it. No tech was on him save for a kind of gun like weapon that runs on magic.))

[Konoko basically wearing this (On the right). She does have some tech, but it's in subspace. Though, considering that she has a cabbit aspect, she herself is a kind of super high tech computer unit in a way...]

(Yoko's wearing the clothes in the pic I linked, and kind of is high tech, being a golem built by Dark Azer's people. Aside from that, she probably has a phone and an MP3 player of some kind.)
