Roommate from Hell - Apartment 1
It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents, except at occasional intervals, when it was checked by a violent gust of wind which swept up the campus alley for it was on an university ground that our scene lies.
In apartment 1, in building 206, Pine Hill Court, the night was still very young but with the weather, there was little interest to go outside for the four young men.

(( OOC : let the RP start, I will leave a bit of time for all of you to post and practice whatever strange activities grad students do at night, be it eating, watching television or socializing possibly even some studying, this is the opportunity to introduce your character in his normal environment.

I would like you to trim a bit quotes if you use them, a dozen lines are fine but a whole page is not, it impedes on reading. Thank you.

Adam sat in front of his desk, alone in his room. He typed rapidly with enthusiasm, after nearly 3 hours he had just about finished his work and revision for the day. Soon after finishing he glanced around his room, unsure what to do, only to be given a task by his rumbling stomach.
“I guess I should get some dinner...” Hesitantly he leaves his room and enters the kitchen.

[Zoey]

Lloyd is in the kitchen preparing a can of chef boyardee as he plans to eat a bit, and enjoy the TV, before the weather knocks out the power.

/Todd meanwhile, is still in his room, idling his time away for the moment on the computer--StumbleUpon is a marvelous service, isn't it? He has an assignment or two to do, but they could wait until another time, surely. Unlike the other two he's not hungry somuch yet, but he hasn't had dinner tonight either, so his plans vaguely include going out to get something to eat a little bit later, once he feels the need.../

“Hi there.” Adam said to Lloyd as he nervously entered the kitchen and quickly began taking things out of the fridge. Keeping his distance from Lloyd, Adam cracked a few eggs into a bowl and started mixing them.

"Heh, your lucky. Atleast you can cook something" said Lloyd as he toom out his spagetti and walked to the couch where he put the shoulder rest.

*James finished his little homework he has and is now surfing the net on his PC while eating some Mac and cheese that he just heated up.*

"Well let's see if anyone responded to my posts on my forums." James said as he began to check.

“Eh, it’s just eggs.” Adam shrugged as he poured the mix into a frying pan. “Anything on?” He said pointed to the TV.

[Zoey]

"Depends, Im gonna watch some Mythbusters on Discovery" replies Lloyd as he starts eating.

“Sounds good.” Adam said as he flipped his omelette. “Might join you in a bit.”

[Zoey]

"Sure, better hurry though, the show's half done" replies Lloyd.

“Oh right.” taking his omelette with him, Adam sits on a separate chair, near the TV and starts eating.

[Rodney]

The noise of thunder can heard outside and for a very short time, the electricity goes out. This doesn't last long but any computer or TV is rebooted.
Also, a very very light odor of sulfur coming from inside the apartment.

Accompanying the smell of sulfur in the air is a hallow rumbling noise that seems to be coming from the kitchen. It sounds like someone banging on the inside of a empty metal box.

Adam continued to eat his omelette as the lights turned on. After finishing his meal he returned to the kitchen to start cleaning up but soon noticed the banging. “What’s that noise?“
