David hadn't been having a very good day, he really hadn't. He had decided to work for a year so that he could afford university, but with the recession and everything he still didn't have enough money. He was going to have to work another whole year, and he hated it. With a sigh, he kicked a nearby can, which landed near the foot of a woman he saw as rather strangely dressed. He was used to seeing some strange outfits, living out in a country town, but he didn't know anyone, man or woman, that was stupid enough to wear a black cloak in the middle of May. He attempted to just walk past her, but when he thought he was in the clear, she grabbed his wrist and pulled him back, pointing at the can like she wanted him to pick it up. The boy apologized, and reached down to grab the trash, but as he did a sharp pain erupted from the back of his head and he passed out, landing on the sidewalk with a thud. The woman behind him just chuckled slightly, muttering something about her master being pleased.
When David awoke again, he found himself to be upon a stage, bound with rope to a wooden pole just like the seven other men stationed on the stage. There was a crowd that was filled with nothing but women, which at first lead him to believe they were now victims of some sort of feminist movement. Yet... the giant dragon monster standing behind a woman garbed in a white robe in the middle of the stage led him to believe he might not be anywhere near home anymore...
"Welcome all, to the initiation ceremony for the Queen's Knight participants!" The woman with the monster shouted, cheering erupting from the crowd shortly after.
