"Well... Maybe I should head home? That might help jog my memory a little," Gina said after a moment, "At least until closing, right?"

She wanted to talk to her... employees... but now probably wasn't the best time.

Alsora's cheeks flush a little brighter at Mike's comment about naughty stuff, "What do you mean something naughty again!?" she snapped as she got up and quickly covered herself, feeling a bit more embarrassed as her anger cooled.

"Shy acceptance: Thank you," Shodan said softly as she gave a little smile up at Mike, "Shy statement: I think you're quite handsome and sweet."

~~Maria~~

When Maria arrived back down in the front lobby the cat girl was busy chatting on the phone behind her desk, grinning as she rocked back and forth on the chair.

"Yep, she's all sorts of cute. Oh yeah, she's also so shy and timid, such a cute little rabbit! I'm sure you'll just love her to death, but be gentle ok? I don't want you to break her in until I've had some more time to play."

Maria just stands still, straight as a board as she listens to the cat girl speak.

"Thanks, so what do you want to do now?" Max said as he blushed again.

The pizza's taste is like Edward could have only imagined in his wildest dreams. On the other side of the table, from Lanette's face she is experiencing a similar sensation.

The guys mumbled in reply to Abigale's words, taking their menus and flipping through them, and as Abigale watches them the anger in her only grows bigger. Who do those stupid jerks think they are, just insulting her because she's short. Not that she was that short anyways! The urge to do something slightly violent to them to try and teach them a lesson was only growing larger with each mumbled words they said.

'I can't let my temper get away from me. I have got to go talk to Jim." Abigale says as she goes in the back.' Abigale thinks to herself.

"Jim could I talk to you in the office please?" She asks as she enters the back.

"I thought you'd enjoy it nice and cold. One of the advantages of having an ice maiden get your ice cream." said Tani.

Mike laughed and guess that was true. "No better way to have ice cream." Mike took another bite of his treat and said, "I hope you don't mind me asking but how did you became an ice maiden?"

Tina nods and smiles. "Yes! I'm really hoping I can get lucky enough for that..."

Cecillia nods. "Well, that was a long time ago." She puts a finger to her chin as she thinks. "That was... how long ago"? Fifty years? Or was it sixty?"

"Home? You want to see your room? Sure!" Brenda heads towards a staircase in the back of the kitchen, then turns to wait for her friend.

"Nothing!" Mike says cheerfully. He keeps his eyes on Alsora, hiding his thoughts between a professionally cautious mask. "Only commenting on how fast you grew up. Sometimes I still feel like a little boy, compared to you..."

Opposite of him, Lanette nods vigorously. As she sips from her wine, her cheeks slowly take on a rosy colour.

The dog girl giggled at Komen and smiled at him as she gave a little shake of her head, "No problem, I'll just be back in a little bit. Or would you like a waterside chair so one of the mermaids can serve you?"

"Hold on...." Komen sighs and picks out a steak with potatoes and green beans. "I'll be fine here. Thanks." 'Surely there is no such thing as mermaids.' He thinks to himself smiling.

Opposite of him, Lanette nods vigorously. As she sips from her wine, her cheeks slowly take on a rosy colour.

*Edward finishes his slice and takes a drink from his glass.*

As the woman watches, her arms slim down and her skin grows smooth and hairless. She now has perfectly femine and dainty arms. At the same time though, she feels trained muscle underneath.

The new woman stretches her arms above her head, watching in awe the amazing body she has been unexpectedly gifted with, from the tip of her toes to the tip of her fingers, she can't believe the beauty in the mirror is herself. ' So, are you finished with your work of art ? ' She asks the three-eyed girl. Half in irony but also half truthfully.

Gina blinked in surprise at where Brenda went, and then gave a small nod. It did make sense after all. With a soft smile to her friend she follows her up the stairs, wondering what she'll find above.

"Right," Alsora says softly, and then turns and leaves, heading towards her... the bedroom.

She shook her head as she walked. She needed to remember this wasn't her life, there were more important things at stake! Despite that though she couldn't quite get Mike's face out of his mind as she walked into the bedroom to find some clothes to change into.

"Oh, there she is now," the cat girl says with a grin for Maria, "We'll see you at 10 tomorrow? Alright."

Hanging up the phone the cat girl grinned up at Maria, "Yes dear, what can I do for you?"

"Bashful response: Typically at this point of the day I would be working, but that might not be very enjoyable for you," Shodan said softly as she continued to smile up at Max.

At Abigale's request Jim blinked, looked around the cafe, and then walked back towards his office, "Of course Abigale, come on in."

Once they were both inside he turned and gave Abigale a nervous smile, "What is it you'd like to talk about?"

Tani blinked at Mike's question, and then gave a small laugh, "I've always been one. Ice maidens just... are. You can't really become one. It's like asking how you became a handsome man," she said as she smiled at Mike.

~~Komen~~

"Right away sir," the dog eared girl said cheerfully as she turned, her tail wagging softly as she walked off.

As the dog eared girl turned and walked away Komen heard a soft knocking on the tank next to him, and saw one of the mermaids out of the corner of his eye, smiling and waving at him.

Instead of rising up and chalanging the cat girl, Maria almost seems to get smaller, as if she's shrinking into herself. "W-w-w-what d-do you mean, y-you want a little m-more time t-to p-play b-before he b-breaks me?" She asks, terror slipping into her voice.

"Well, it's up to you, but I don't mind what you choose to do." Max said.

"I've always been one. Ice maidens just... are. You can't really become one. It's like asking how you became a handsome man," said Tani with a small laugh.

Mike laugthed back and said, "Now you are being too nice. I am not that good looking." He then finished his ice cream.
