I have come to a decision my dear Guendolen *takes her hands and spins around into a dance as the lights in the room, shut off, the stage lights go on shining lights on everyone* Since I feel this went so well I will draw both of the people who tied. It seems fair to me~ I don't have to decide and no one can say I played favoritism, or maybe that's me being paranoid, but anyway! till then we dance! *the music kicks in to something Halloween-like*
