A Wacom Graphire 4, and it says "4x5 or 6x8." But it just seems like a 4x5 to me. ^_^; Besides other problems that I've mentioned here and there in the past, I can't really make much use of it because of a "lag" problem. In other words: the cursor doesn't follow the speed of my movements unless I (literally) move as slow as a snail... -_-

Huh. I had no idea those existed....

Coruscate wrote:Well Guen you might like some pads where they have the ability to have the tablet represent the entire screen as a whole, so if you put your free hand on it, and the pen on the other, you get exact control not "mouse" control.

That's what I like, and why I may have to buy a new tablet, my old one is so old the drivers don't do anything for Vista in that regard <_<;;

Wacom Graphire 3 believe, works great for travel, it holds the pen along the top :3 *thumbs up* I recommend it to any artist.

I have an embroidery sewing machine and program for digitizing my own designs. However, when you scan a pencil design, it requires considerable time cleaning up the drawing so I am considering a computer art table. Does anyone here use their computer art table for such purposes and if so, how well does it work?

I use a Wacom Intuose3. It took some monkey business to get it to work with windows Vista ^^

soladysew- an art tablet would probably be great for that kind of thing- its a pretty big investment, though.

I don't own a tablet, but I wish I did. I could go out and buy one, but my empty wallet says otherwise.
