[MSF Design] - Artwork For Design Needed!

Postby Selena Aninikkou » Fri Mar 09, 2007 3:12 pm

Yeah, we (as in MSF) needs some artwork for the new design. I posted the beginnings here: http://www.magicalsailorfuku.net/messag ... php?t=9950

I have info and reference pics of characters to match the theme, so all I really need are some volunteers willing to help out with the actual drawing (which I can't do ;-; )...

I could give it a shot, but I won't promise to actually give results.

Results depend on the style of anime and said characters you want drawn, and how you want them drawn.

Okay, here goes:

I was going to do a number of themes based on SaGa Frontier; specifically, the Mystics. If you don't know what that means, it's okay; there's a half-decent rundown here and here. Since I wasn't sure if people would know the characters, I went and searched the Internet for pics of the various characters, which I place in the following directory:

http://crystalsanctuary.rpgsource.net/d ... t_designs/

As for which ones and how they should be done exactly, I'm going to leave that up to the artist, 'cause I usually do my layouts by playing with the artwork until I like how it looks anyway. So basically, I personally have no ideas in my head yet...

I'll doodle some between work and writing, but do you want the characters drawn seperate or all in one frame somehow?

Well, it's up to you, but I think scenes would work best...

Okay. And one last question >.> what do these characters have in common with MSF?

I knew someone would ask me that...

The whole "Princess" power structure thing was actually borrowed from SaGa Frontier. So I was told when I first came to MSF. Thus I thought it would be an interesting idea for the site theme.
