Actually, I think it's the hairline that's wrong, because the head's tilted down. The eyebrows are too high, too. Kind of looks like she's wearing a wig. O.o

Agreed, it just looks wierd. Though, perhaps she has strange psychic maid powers, and needs such a large skull to keep her uberbrain in?

Or she's a robot, and there's a storage for ammunition in her head. If she needs bullets or clips... She can spit or cough 'em out.

Or the artist is an amatuer at anatomy, which is pretty well unforgivable for a professional. ;D
