...I've always wondered what a story would be like where Haruka Tenoh (Sailor Uranus) slowly got a more feminine body (against her will).
Not technically a TG idea, but still...nobody's done it yet, as far as I can tell.

She's a Sailor Moon character, introduced in the third season. She is a lesbian, very tall (5-foot-8 at the age of 15), and extremely tomboyish. She prefers to wear the male school uniform--this, combined with her boy-cut hairdo, has those who don't already know her mistake her for a boy at first glance.
Her lesbian lover is Michiru (Sailor Neptune), who is much more feminine than Haruka. Contrary to popular belief, Michiru is not a lesbian--she's bisexual.

I think I know what you're talking about--over at The Process, there's two experimental sketches of this (she shrank about a foot!) that were supposed to go into a doujinshi, but the idea got left on the proverbial cutting-room floor.
I'd link there, but these are PG-13 rated boards...
(I personally wouldn't have her shrink at all.)
