Technically couldn't the same happen if someone's mother understood what this site was about in the first place? I mean, you know...

Really, if it was up to me (Which it's not, despite me and my feathery sidekick "running the show" around these parts) I'd let people post partial/tasteful nudity (Not full on hentai of course) as a link with some sort of giant red warning... But it's not up to me.

Was Red's gender really listed as "anonymous" in Japan? That's more than a little odd. ...Especially that way of saying it.

To be more specific, the developers there said they left her gender 'undecided'.

Well we can do the warnings.

And while it is TG stuff here, it's such light hearted fiction not intended to be transgender encouraging that a mother would have a hard time arguing that it is porn or mind control or whatever.

I dunno. Uptight mothers can pretty much argue anything, I think. ^^; Regardless, this still qualifies as fetish material anyways.

And it's nice that you seem to agree about the warning thing, but like I said, I don't really think the higher ups agree.

I think it's not so much about a parent being uptight as they are flat-out scared. Once they see what TG stands for and if they see their child looking at MSF, they won't know wether their child is just into the site's theme or actually considering themselves to be transgenderd. Then the parent can get frightened and worked up about how to approach the child about their browsing habits. :?

No, no, they'll jump right to the conclusion that they're considering getting transgendered. T'would take a VERY laid back mother to assume the lighter of the two.

Well, anyone can guess what I think. ;p

...

No? <.<;

I'm all for expression in art, but the bigger picture is a very complicated mess. First, there's mixed opinions on just what constitutes PG-13. Then, there's the fear of anything even seeming too fetishy (despite this site's and community's interests well within fetish boundaries) or attack/lawsuit-worthy by those with narrow morality-vision. And it doesn't really help when PG-13 is established but mods can set what rating they want (below PG-13, but no higher than) in their own territories.

It all sucks. Especially since there are those that would rather have more censorship than less (within reason, that is). :(

Oh, and sorry for derailing. ^_^; As I said in PM, I liked it, even though I'm not familiar with the character. :O

Getting my thread back on TOPIC (T_T I guess that's karma; I'm notorious for derailing threads)
I haven't done anything new, but I archived all the art I've posted (including the ones in those broken links) here:
http://sugandya.com/?page_id=38

Keep in mind that there is some nudity in some peices there, but it's nothing extreme.

I still say we need an official MSF derailers image.

Sweet, sweet drawings Sugandya. I really like your choice of coloring and layer colors.

Hi hi
OK, not MSF related and since everyone else is doing it, I'll post non MSF stuff too.

I used to play a game called Fly For Fun (FLYFF). I don't anymore (it's really boring) but I love the character designs.

Long ago, I made a FLYFF shoujo ai picture...
Now I'm working on a shonen ai picture to compliment it.

This is it's underdrawing
