The "Yes" list:
Hayata
Hay-chan (But I'd prefer her name to be put as "Haylie", that's her real first name)

The "Maybe" list (Most likely yes, but I'd like you to state your business with them to me first):
Mike
Holiday Haylie
Chealse

The "No" list (Only one of these is official; if you're desperate and come with a good reason, I might budge, but you'd have to do some begging):
Dark
Amethyst
Ruby
Kang

Holy crap, I have a lot of characters, don't I? Well, you can always check my character page for information you require. If you want anything changed about them for your story (not that I'm expecting any of them to be used anyway), ask me, and I'll think then verify. Otherwise, try to stay true to their personalities and looks, please.

I doubt I'll ever be used, but sure. I'm fine with it.

Gah... Red tape is troublesome....

Anyway, I don't really care if you use the character Mendokusee, i.e. myself, in any way, shape, form, or fashion as long as I am informed of the intention of the use of the character. (Wow, that sentence is wordy...)

This policy extends to all characters I have created, or will create in the future.

Course', I'm not really sure how you'd come up with ideas to use my characters anyway. XD

Anyone and everyone can use my characters if they wish to. Just let me know so I can read how you portray them. Any and all my characters can be used. Just let me know by PM or E-mail and I'll be happy to let you use them.

Character thread for me is here: Ashley(s), Hikaru, Usagi, Alexis, Minako, Etc.

Have fun with them if you decide to use them. Just let me know when you decide to do that so I could read them. All but one of my characters were changed from Male to Female. Leo the Leafeon was changed from Female to Male.

I don't particularly like being used, as I find the thought of myself transforming uncomfortable, but my characters are all up for it if anyone should ever feel the need.

I realize that this is a decade late, since I never paid attention to this thread before and no one's likely to see this at this point in time, but yeah: any and all of my characters are fair play. Just a few things to keep in mind:

A: Keep them in character. For example, Ellen H. does not emote under any circumstance, and most of her sentences are prefaced with ellipses. See my character dossier if you need info on characterization.

B: No permanent transformations. Temporary ones are alright, though, especially if they're good for a laugh.

C: No transformations that mess with the being's mind. Turning the completely celibate and conservative Callista into a Green girl, for example, is likely to get her appearance vetoed with extreme prejudice.

But other than that, go nuts.
