I would also like to grant my permission to use Torm and Terra (well they are the same person it is just the gender that different) in a story. I would just like to see it first because it will be me who is in the story then and i would like to see how i am used as a character.

I give promission to use all my RP characters to anyone that asks me. I just want to be asked so that mistakes arn't made on my my characters.

I'm pretty protective of my characters in that regard, especially Celestia herself. As others here have said, so long as you run what you have in mind by me, I may most likely give the green light. Bonus points for you if you have Celestia appear as a hidden boss in your game. <3
And, should you make money from it, I want a cut. XD

I'll give permission too...you can use any of my characters, just let me know first so we can tease out some details. I'll probably say yes, but just let me know ahead of time so we can work out some things, and so I can decide if it belongs in the character's own canon. ^^;
