But that's actually relevant.
So I digress.
Electromagnetic butterfly table grandpa.

Enough said.

I don't get it. What I do get is that "chair" needs to be inserted into that phrase, somewhere.

I think that Kasimir Malevich would argue the chair is a sort of table.
Yet again, then the title should contain tables with an s.
Explaining bursts of one's own pure unbridled genius is really hard. Ask Malevich, he knows.

Tables don't have back rests and arm rests. ;p Even if the chair doesn't have arm rests, though, it is still a type of chair. It's not the form in question, but the function. Getting those mixed up is like seeing what you hear and smelling what you see, so I may have reason to extend my sympathies toward this Malevich fellow.

Clearly, there is no chair at all. Futon would be a much better choice of parlance. Now, adding the word futon to the group would seem a little less contrived than adding chair.

futon
See? There's a certain ring to it. Yet, futons being the ninjas of the furniture world, they hardly need mention in many situations, this one included. I feel the original title still stands.

Futons are either a kind of chair, a bed, or a combination thereof. And since it's in the picture, like everything else mentioned, it only makes sense that it too be mentioned. Unless you're saying that we should discriminate against chairs/beds because they're not furniture enough, like tables?

I knew I should've done the reference properly.
Oh well, I'm amused.
Rodney, you get 37 points.
