Simple: Make the inside of a box, add room-ish details such as floor moulding and ceiling fans, some floor boards, tile, or carpet, maybe a window or two, and that's it. Add some people in the foreground and presto!

The funny thing is I almost never do backgrounds. That's an example of my first.
