nope XD I can work on writing it eventually, there's other things that I need to try to finish first. If you look at the website, and go to Star's page she lightly touches on the history of Fate. Arg.. Reading that makes me laugh >.> It's been way too long since I've tinkered on those concepts... Which reminds me! I have an updated sketch of Star that I'll have to scan next time I go to Kinko's

Eh.. Guen the hair is something I'm still struggling with. In the old version, if the sketch is uncolored it looks like Bolts has a flat head, and I don't color often anymore. Plus the bang that hangs in his face just looks strange when I see old sketches now. Besides that I remember a friend of mine telling me that Bolts isn't really feminine enough to do this with so that's my toil working with Fate's hair but still trying to make the two similar.

Christie- Yea. just a concept of one person interacting with him/herself unintentionally. When doing the revised sketch I got this awesome idea of Bolts sitting on some breakers in the ocean, right after his powers go haywire. Then him coming back to the breakers after he's given the powers of Fate. Sort of to catch the more uncertain parts of his life.

Hmm let's see... What to post first from this venture to Kinko's?

Well, why not? I know I've been slacking, so I present with no further interventions:AotB 7 ~ Dreams

The situation, expressions, and conversation is exact to what my old manager and I went through one day. I was telling him that I had had a dream about a fiesta taco salad and he was all, "D00D! I had a dream about floating tacos once!" And thus is where this stip comes from >.> Taco Bell is evil in every way to seep into a persons dreams. -_- ugh

Anyway enough about being a Taco Slave.

Because I loved the Instant Teen: Just Add Nuts series so much, I decided to try to learn to draw the style.

So here's Stellar ^_^ Back in Stellar's Nook in the ice cream locker. I love how it came out >.> And look! It's my new avatar as well, though downsizing it made it all blurry =s

And so I don't forget tomorrow, the creature from Stellar's Nook. Her name is Tebryn, but if you're part of the rp you'll soon learn that >.> So forget it now. I'm not too sure what I was going for, but she's creepily cute enough for what I had invisioned so I'm pleased.

The taco dreams made me laugh. :) It's not uncommon to have work invade your dreams, sadly. I'm sure I've dreamed about my owrk once or twice, and it involves simply stuffing envelopes and so forth. Urgh. :? The new Stellar design is cute. So is the furry roleplay-creature, and yes, you did get an appropriately creepy undertone there. :)

That picture of Stellar is great. She looks really cute there, except for the eyes at least. Those are really creepy. All of these show your art developing a great deal though, you have gotten quite a bit better recently.

As for work invading dreams, well i have things i spent a lot of time on invading my dreams quite often. I often have dreams in which friends or people i go to school with participate for example.

You've worked for the Bell Kumi? XD Poor you. And poor me.

And like I've said before, Stellar's eyes are not suppose to be normal human eyes. They see more then just what is visible =)

Onto more art from my latest purge.

This is my appology to Kara-chan. Because I failed miserably at drawing her robonized from Stellar's Nook. So I just drew her normal. Though I'm somewhat displeased with the wings I drew on her >.>

And here's another old sketch. Her name is Star. She is from the Destiny universe and is the second Fate of humankind.

Here's the update. There really wasn't much to change, Her feet needed to be proportioned better, and I made her clothes a little less dominatrixy >.> But still contraining enough so you feel that she is tethered to something she wishes to be rid of. Poor Star, she is certainly my second favorite character of Destiny.

Aw, Kara looks cute! Yeah, the wing position is perhaps a little wonky, but wings are tricky. Her pose and face are both good. :) And I like Star's hair.

Yeah I did at one time. I left after the screwed me over. I was suppost to become a shift leader and when the management was changed the new manager said she didn't need me. T_T

Anyways nice drawings! Kara does indeed look cute!

Yeah a cute little demon girl though from the more modern interpretation of demons that make them much less evil and menacing...not that she would be cute if she was from the original interpretation of them, so it is great.

And poor Star. Those clothes look really uncomfortable, sounds like that was the point though so i guess it makes sense.

The purge has yet to end!

Stellar once more. This is the scene from Stellar's Nook where everyone was at Trent, and she floated up onto a branch to explain the origins of the Nook's creation. I feel I made her legs a little too skinny >.>

And last but not least! Scratch paper! XD I used this sheet of paper to get my pen working, find the right angle to hold it at, to let it bleed to it's hears content, and to doodle on.

That's all.

But I have news! I bought ink and real manga nibs XD I love them. They don't bleed, they give me the perfect line widths when I need really super fine or somewhat larger lines, and it's just fun to use real manga equippment ^_^ Hopefully on my next visit to Kinko's I'll have a few images inked with my new pens.

Did I mention they don't bleed!~

Her legs may be a little skinny, but her shirt drapes nicely, and the hair looks good, too. :) Good to hear you're enjoying your new pens. I've always been wary of using stuff like that. Not due to expectations of poor quality, but because I know me. I tried dip pens in high school art, and well, let's just say: little drops and splashes of ink everywhere.... My issues with gravity and minor spillage haven't changed, so I expect it would be the same result. So methinks I'll stick to my fine-tipped smooth-ink pens.

Do they bleed on normal paper? If they don't what brand are you using? I must at least give them a try! if they don't bleed >.> My pilot precise pens make me angry. And they bleed most when I'm inking AotB strips -_-

And well... It almost driped on me. Luckily I got the nib back over the ink well. lol I don't think I would have been happy if it got on my pants. Since then I've made sure to tap off excess ink =p
