An Eternalverse story idea

Postby Tabitha Anikerina » Mon Sep 25, 2006 1:16 pm

I've been thinking about writing a story based on this caption. When I first saw it, I felt so sorry for that Eternal. Having to watch over that forest for centuries...just for helping someone who, like me, wanted to be what he felt he was.

But "smile and nod" is not something I'm good at, and some questions came to mind...why doesn't she just disappear into the Third Realm? Why does she just accept her unjust punishment? Surely she could find some way to get out of there.

I'm willing to believe that this pic doesn't take place in the Leena Continuum (our world), but still.

Anyway, last night, a thought came to mind...what if a Ningen set her free, 800 years later? What would she do? Would it create an Oh My Goddess! situation, with her living in the Ningen's house? How would she adjust to this new world? How would the Ningen keep her hidden? After all, she may be beautiful, but her huge eyes and tiny nose would probably scare the uninitiated in that world.

Well, it's still in idea form, and I'd appreciate any and all input. What do you say?

Fair premise. It kinda taps into the cliche from anime but then that's fine in this setting. I recommend making compelling characters and keeping away from obvious cliches from harem-type shows.
