Peanut butter and pickle. It only works with dill. It sounds gross, but trust me.

After a passing mention with my sister I have found that what you call Jelly is what we call Jam. Or at least that's how I interpreted it....you silly Americans with you silly misuse of words...
Either way, Peanut butter and Jam just sounds foul.....
As for the marshmallow option.....I rarely have marshmallow.....to be honest I don't really like Peanut butter

We have jam and jelly. Jelly is more gelatinous, and not as easy to spread as jam. At least that's my understanding. Either way, we have both, and there's a difference between the two.
