Is this totally unrestrained capitalism that we're talking about, just American capitalism, or some other name brand of it?

Whatever someone considers capitalism to be, fundamentally, regardless of circumstance. That's how I came to my conclusion, anyway. Capitalism won't be ideal, economically, unless the world was made up of only one nation.

Not necessarily. I'm sure it can be done without imperialism. The obstacle is mankind, not the idea.
