There are actually people who think that the present government follows the constitution?

And people call me naive.........

I'm pretty sure the Constitution is null at this point.

I chose next to nulled (fourth option) since so much of it is left up to interpretation. I mean, "all men are created equal" didn't do away with slavery at the start, and while women could vote in the beginning, they lost it some years later (among other "minority" groups), then needed a new amendment to have the right a hundred years later. Beyond that, I know that every state has unconstitutional laws, either gathering cobwebs from ages ago or still being oiled and used. And many people still seem to view the president as a ruler, which is counter to what our government is supposed to be, so... It's not completely nulled, but, perhaps, it might as well be.
