History: His family was tired of serving Frieza, so they fled to Earth and hid there. About 2 years before planet Vegeta's destruction. He grew up in the mountains with his family. However, a changeling(like Frieza) with a grudge against saiyans wiped his family out and shot a wave of energy at him. This wounded him and gave him a severe case of amnesia. He survived this because a neighbor saw the blast and went up the mountain to see what happened. He found Ryu and helped him to recover. However, since neither knew his past, he went out to try and get his memory back.

Personality:Shy, serious at times(when necessary), easy going.
Bio:Born from a family that had no magical ability. When a magical artifact was found and given to him by his legal guardian, a friend of his deceased family, it granted him with immense magical power, as well as a "form" that he enters when in danger or angered. However, along with these gifts, he was cursed in the process. For each minute that he spends in his higher form, he is transformed into a girl one hour(so 4 minutes would equal 4 hours). Also, if he uses a spell continuously for ten minutes, he automatically transforms(so, if he uses a cloaking spell for ten minutes, he transforms and stays like that for 24 hours.)Also, he can willingly switch between his male and female forms (if he shifted to his female form willingly, he could change back anytime.). This led to some conflict in his village, so he left to try to find a cure for his curse.

Xavier showed up at his house after detecting his powers, and invited him to go to the institute. He is a new arrival. (Not a Rouge ripoff, just gets power's for a short time, not memories.)
