Calamity, Crisis, and the Sisters Catastrophe

Gah! It's a high-powered metamorphing green gelatinous blob! Or maybe it's something else. Who's your character? Post here!

Calamity, Crisis, and the Sisters Catastrophe

As the result of a rather silly battle over the life of Rowan against Black Dragon (in her Burst Wolf form), Caprice was found half-drowned, dredged up from the depths of a lake, still alive, but entangled dangerously in the wires of the Relentless mech, her lungs full of water. The solution of course, (suggested by Shadell)--heart surgery!
Ripping the warp engine out of BD's chest that had long served as his heart, emergency surgery ensued! And to an extent, it worked--for a time--and Caprice was healthy...and infused subtly with the chaotic energies of the warp.
Unlike with Black Dragon, however, the warp did not mesh with Caprice's personality--not even a little bit. Her innocent happy-go-lucky attitude left nothing for its energies to latch onto, and over time, this led to the creation of a secondary personality, composed entirely of the heart's own energies.
Her name was
Calamity

Full of spite, rage, and murderous tendencies, Caprice did not make a habit, however, of letting her loose. And so, for a time, Calamity lay dormant within Caprice.
Only for a time, though.
As Caprice tried more and more desperately to violet-girl BD, she eventually had what for her, was something of an epiphany--and she turned to Entropy, leaving the problem in her rather-more intelligent hands...and she succeeded, if only temporarily--cutting a deal with the spamlord, to have him be ditz's for a week...in return for Calamity coming to the surface for an equal time.
Calamity, however, though greedy, and vicious by her base nature, also possessed a certain amount of cunning--possibly from her time with BD--and she realized quickly that her newfound freedom was intended to be only temporary. And so she sought a solution--one that she found in the form of Raleigh and Metroidvania--Raleigh creating a new body to hold the engine whilst Caprice was given back her old heart--and Metroidvania doing the more complex job of severing Calamaity's mental ties with Caprice and the rest.
Both were successful in the end, but the mental surgery end with the side effect of Calamity and Metroidvania forging a sympathetic mental Link, that let them sense each other's emotions, and on occasions thoughts.

Now her own individual, Calamity has been shown to have her personality, unsurprisingly, match her name--by the nature of her dæmon engine heart, she gained strength via the consumption of the negative emotions of others, and it was something that filled her with exultation. Needless to say, this made her quite the villain.
Given her high levels of warp, most of Calamity's powers stem from this chaotic energy--her most common uses are her generally present warpfield, which acts as a chaotic deflector for attacks, often as not, blasts of warp lightning, and using her powers to taint the emotes that she learned to summon when in Caprice, to create demonemotes--little balls of emotion that usually act as little more then distractions, but can explode upon impact and pack a small punch.
By the nature of warp though, new techniques are easy--if risky--to create on the fly.
Beyond this, however, she is equipped with a handcannon; a powerful pistol given to her by Metroidvania as a gift, when she lost custody of the DarkRune Sword--as well as a Tristis; a dagger forged for her by Raleigh, which causes suffering and emo-like qualities in those hit by it.
Through trickery, she has also gained the ability to tap into the warp and channel it into black mana, to cast MTG style spells.

As time progressed, the relationship between Calamity and Metroidvania gre slowly, until finally, their relationship reached a peaking point...and then, unsure of herself, Metroidvania fled back to her native land of Spamville--quickly pursued by Calamity, who has not been seen in MSF since.

Traces of her, however still persist. This first is the generally forgotten, but still-living being known as

Crisis
After an ill-fated attack on Azer's walking fortress, a quantum split off of Calamity was killed, her warp engine cracked open and her soul sucked out completely, devoured by the dark gods in Azer's basement. This was not the end of it, however, as Calamity's body, and her smashed heart soon fell into the hands of Black Dragon, who took it back to his warp surgery clinic for some experimentation.

The end result, was Crisis--a being that served as a combination of Warp sorcery and the Necrontyr's technology--within the heavily armored, modified body of Calamity, is a small chip called a Pariah Key. When activated, and nothing but the most refined Warp energy, such as Calamity's spells are able able to touch her - with SOME difficulty - and she can drain Warp energy by touch, making her, to the senses, "soulless," an empty void in the Warp that cannot be filled.
Unlike Calamity, whose powers are grounded in Warp sorcery, hers are more mundane, so that they can be used in conjunction with the Pariah Key. Her arms can mutate into basic ballistics weapons, or morph into blades and such, while her skin is a Necrodermic sub-alloy, providing powerful natural armor with some limited regeneration; she is theoretically quite adept at melee combat, and formidable at range.
Her main advantage is in dealing with the living metal--With the key active, she need only touch living metal to command it to her will...The biggest flaw, however, is that she cannot be locked in extended engagements. Repairing a complex being such as herself is exhausting to your energy supply, as is producing ammunition from essentially nothing. Furthermore, her Pariah Key cannot be active for more than half an hour before it will begin to crack her repaired daemon engine to try and drain away the energies stored there.
Along with these abilities, she is equipped with a talking sword made of living metal, by the name off Xiphos, that used to belong to Azer.

Despite all this...Crisis ended up as a fairly peaceful individual, it seems, and she has never actually been in a fight. Instead, most of her time is spent wandering the lands in search of interesting experiences...mind you--for her, eating a sandwich is fascinating, so mostly her life has been uneventful.
