Say, what to use when saying your name in Japanese? Katakana?

correct. i write my name ネオ even though it's pronounced ニオ.

i'll write people's names in katakana if they want.

and the movie jokes went out of fashion when 1999 came around lol.

i did see someone's name here called kara, and that'd be カラ.

but that name's kinda small, so i'd probably write it ★カラ☆

edit: if your name's actually in japanese [which i'm sure people will tell me because of the japanese user names...........]

then there's a possibility of it being written in kanji for the last names, but i really doubt that'll happen

I can only read and write in katakana and hiragana. I know a few kanji characters, but not many. Otherwise, I've totally forgotten simple sentence structure. XD Well, I can make very, very short and simple sentences... That's about it. I just wish that I knew how to write Japanese text directly into here, instead of somewhere else, where I copy and paste it. ^_^;
