Magical Sailor Fuku

Happy fun yay! I get to visit Providence and the place where H. P. Lovecraft spent most of his life! I get to visit the steamworks museum and see the annual steam up!

Course, I dont know if I will be able to get on the internets at all during that time... but then again I'll be having so much fun maybe I wont care? XD

Anyway... this is half "look what I am doing!" and half "I probably wont be posting until at least sunday night." Not that I think you will all fall to pieces with a couple of days of me not posting. ^_^

How do YOU know that? Maybe this whole place will collapse in your absence.

Or maybe I'm ranting.

Anywho, I hope you have fun in the smallest state in the US. Don't have too much fun or your head will explode.

UPDATE!

After a six hour long car ride (ugh) one rather good dinner, and ten minutes of negotiation with those who's room we have rented for two nights...

I HAVE RETURNED!!!

I'll post tonight... and probably tommorrow night. Then the next night I will be back home!

The awesome thing is that they have a wireless router... so I am sitting on a bed with my laptop on my lap posting pretty much exactly like I would be at home.

Not to meanton the wireless and steam museum had its annual steam up this morning... it was amazing.

All these really old guys plod around with little oil squirters, and then ten minutes later a massive piston comes to life and starts turning a wheel bigger than a SUV.

Every year they fire up the boiler and start up all the antique steam machines... it was beyond anything I could have expected. So awesome...

But then again, I am in love with everything steampunk... so maybe its just me. XD

Tommorrow I get up bright and early! Then six more hours of driving home! Yay!
