I'm not new, but it's been quite a long time since my last foray to these shores. So.....how is everyone?

A greeting! A greeting! I don't know you, either. Easy enough to remedy.

Hello! The name is Nylena (Na-eye-lina) Or Lena, if you like. Pleasure!

Arya....likeable. :)

Well, I guess I'll revamp the whole shpiel for everyone.

Nylena is a girl(sometimes) and a dragon(also sometimes) The image to the left is the ideal image of both forms(more or less). She is a physical transformation nut(all books/manga in her personal library have some element of it to them) and a fan of B-movie icon Bruce Campbell. :)

There it is, quick and easy.

Yep. I took the main female char's name. Arya. The movie was horable comapred to the book.

Yes, I know. Although the Rifftrack of the movie by Mystery Science Theater 3000's Mike Nelson and Kevin Murphy made it so much better. :)

Haven't read the books yet myself. I can probably wait for paperbacks of all 3.

I'm like that with Gordon R. Dickson's The Dragon Knight fantasy series. It is my LotR.

Never read that series. Might pick it up. I have done the same thing with all the harry potter books out and the movies.

Basic story, a man and his fiance from the 20th century teleport back to an alternate medieval timeline and he ends up in the body of a dragon. After the adventures of the first book where he's back in his own body(still stuck in the past with his fiance, now wife)he learns that as a side effect of his first adventure into the world he gained the natural ability to shift into dragon form.

Great series, ended prematurely due to author mortality.

Ah, it is nice to see you again! Do you have a form that's half dragon and half girl? *_*

And Bruce Campbell is full of win. :D

I'm usually one form or another but I think I can find a compromise. Art project! Yay!
