Hello everyone. I've been watching this site for quite some time now, but up until recently I didn't think of joining the boards. This is actually the first time I'm posting something on a forum, ending my career as a lurker.

Hello there! Don't be shy, we're harmless here.... Some of us claim to be bad-tempered and what not, but really, no one is going to try to scare you off. We like meeting new people.

So please do settle in and make yourself at home. If you're not sure about anything regarding goings-on, please just ask. For the most part, we're quite approachable. And we offer all newcomers fresh baked goods, too.

Some might have- erm- "interesting" properties, but not all. My own cookies are safe, for instance. See? ** selects one at random and eats it** So go ahead, have some, and please relax and enjoy the happy chaos around here.

How can you be paranoid about this face? **points to icon, and then pouts** Though I guess in some places around here, a bit of paranoia might just help you keep the shape you're in for longer. Some people are more trickster-minded than myself. But I never do anything funny to people in their welcome/introduction threads. Give 'em a chance to settle in first, I say.

Why, I remember when I came here and removed my lurker cloak... Those were the days... These were the days, too. It's funny, because it's only now that I can remember the days of the past and future in present tense. It's the only way. :O

Oh, and just so you know, I'm not one of the tricksters. Certainly not. I can't be since no one can tell what I am one way or the other.

And you certainly have Gwen pegged. If only you knew the horrors that she has accomplished using her cuteness to her advantage. I mean, she gives away cookies that do absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Just thinking about it gives me the willies... *Shudders*
