I can't log into MSF from my laptop but my iPhone stays logged in and the laptop Says too many attempts and keeps asking for the code, and when I enter it correctly, it goes back and asks for it again and again...

Sounds like your iPhone and laptop are having an elicit affair.

All I can say is to log off with your iPhone and try again with your laptop. If the captcha thing pops again, make sure you look at it closely, because I've gotten it wrong more than once myself because it's hard to see some of the digits sometimes.

We're tracking down the source of this problem actually.

I get it in Firefox, but not Chrome.
