Ew. I am who you think I am. I am just here to rant and rave about fall/winter weather and how much I HATE THE COLD.
If you feel this is the wrong place to post this feel free to lock/move to where you find it would be better placed.

Seriously though. COLD IS EVIL. I hate it. why do we even have cold weather? its annoying, obnoxious and generally uncomfortable...why couldn't it be like 90+ year round...but no it has to get ridiculously cold every fall/winter...and because it gets so cold peoples immune systems get weaker and then I, as a Hospital CNA, have to take more vital signs, more b/p's, and the cold generally makes my job harder...the only good thing about cold is that it snows, and even then for it to snow it has to be REALLY cold. ew. cold. Now some of you readers out there are either going:
"Lanzer's a man-nurse!? XD"
or
"Why not just move to someplace warmer?"

for the first one I have this response. "=P its a fun job and pays well." for the second reply I have this to say. I am only 17 I can't move out for a decent 5 years." I think it was ambushcat that so many moons ago that professed a hatred for my home-state, kansas, and I was so eagerly professing my love for kansas because of rain...well when it gets this cold this early I have on thing to say. Kansas...I hate you.

But starving yourself should cure you of the cold that ails you. That's what I've heard, anyway. And joking about it.

XD Anorexia isn't my thing, I am not overweight in the slightest...stupid metabolism won't let me get fat. ;-;. But dying doesn't sound too hot either, I heard you actually get colder when you die...not fun...I am cold enough as it is...

It'd depend on where you died. Visit a sauna a lot, and your chances of dying a warm death will rise. Not that you'll rise again, of course. Though Hell might think you're trying to tell them something... I mean, with Heaven so high in the sky, that must be the cold place between the two. If you look at it that way, the cold is a piece of Heaven in disguise. It's God's test! You heathen!

well...damn... I guess that means I am not making it to heaven cause I don't like being cold X_X its...cold.

But nurses are good! If you don't like the cold, and thus Heaven, that means you'll be stuck between the two realms as a faery! Isn't that great!?

Probably because "angel nurse" has been done to death. With tentacles, even. @_@

But, hey, "odd" is just another way of saying "unique!"

It becomes cold so you can appreciate the warm. And if it were 90+ all the time, most people would complain about it being hot.

I can name three people off the top of my head that hate spring/summer for the exact opposite reason.

Not really. It just means you're WAAAAAAAAY too tolerant.

...masochist or not...cold is the source of evil...I can prove it:

maslow's hierchy of needs states that peolpe need three basic things to survive,

food, shelter and protction as basic needs. Because shelter consists of being dry and WARM, the weather becoming cold is a breech of shelter...therefore it should just stay at a constant temperature of 70+.

Warm is different from a contrast with hot and cold, though. You should have started with an argument for equilibrium, against either extreme.

But that'd make both God and Satan evil. Not that I didn't know that all along. Oh-ho!

you realize I consider anything between 70 - 90 past 90 you get into the hot and uncomfortable area..

I like the temperature warm...I like my food to be hot.
