Do you know how to get nailpolish out of tile, grout, carpet, and Ugg boots?

My dad dropped and broke a bottle of red nailpolish he bought for my mom as a Christmas Present on the tile kitchen floor. He used a bottle of nailpolish remover to get it cleaned up, but its stained the carpet, tile, grout, and his boots.

Can anyone suggest anything~!?

Cover the stains in paint matching the original colors and hope no one notices?

...Sorry, that's all I've got.

Where's your god now!?

Wait, what?

For the carpet, the best thing I can think of is to use a wet/steam vacuum, or something like that. A combination of cleaner and hot steam/water should clean that up.

As for the boots, I'm guessing it's tan leather? If it were shiny black leather/plastic, I'd say to use shoe polish to try to cover it up. Otherwise... Hmmmm... Pray to the God of boots? ^_^;

It's too bad that the one person who may have the best answers seems to be the one you want to hide the mess from. XD;;
