Duct tape mini-skirt.

Completely unsurprised, seeing what insane, yet functional things people have made from duct tape. Here's a challenge though, make a skirt out of rope.

Making a skirt out of rope would be easy. Although the way to do it, in which I'm picturing in my head, leaves a bit of a slit down one side... The kind that shows most of the underwear. XD

That isn't much of a skirt then, you can do better than that ;P

It is too a full-fledged skirt. Skirts can have slits on the sides. It's just that it'd appear like a sari, and it'd look odd with that big of a slit. O.o
