Velcy!

"YEEEAAAAAAH!" The woman (well, I'll start calling her Velcy because after all that is her name) is sent rocketing forward by the force of the Solar Beam blast...and what's in front of her, of course, is Dact. Whether by accident or by somehow directing herself a bit in midair she manages to land her body square on the Houndoom-girl, tackling her to the ground complete with a short rut along their path. "Awh, you are a cute one." Somehow or other the landing produces a big dust cloud, and Velcy hums to herself briefly while making a series of small, playful-seeming hits on Dact and pulling on her new long pigtails, before jumping back off of that opponent, to one side, and back on her feet. For as playful as all the hits seem, the overall effect of them probably still really hurts. When this is over and the dust settles, Velcy does look a little burned from the solar beam, especially on her back of course.

[Knight Errant]

Dact gets blind-sided from the girl being propelled INTO her via solar beams and lands in a tangle of the dust cloud. Yet she seems to recover very quickly... and start to poke and tug on her. "Ow... OW! STOP THAT!" She winces from the multitude of hits... going to get to her feet, trying to shove the girl off.

About when Dact is recovered enough to start pushing her off is when Velcy hops off of her and away to one side, and the dust clears.

Callista: Sorry about that, Knight-boy! ...Or should that be Knight-girl? *shrugs* ...Eh, whatever. Got an obnoxious jerk to thrash!

She looks to Callista. "We can agree on that..." She says... going to circle Velcy to get her between the two of them again. "Try not to blast her into me this time."

Callista: Alright, close range it is. You've got some neat fire tricks at your disposal now, but I'm not sure how you're supposed to use 'em. *shrug* Trial and error, I guess?

Dact may notice a second way of exhaling available to her, at the very least; now that it's been pointed out...fire breath maybe?

While they circle, Velcy turns so that each one is to one side of her rather than anyone at her back. "I can still hear yaknow?" she says, frowning a bit. "So I'm obnoxious, at least I got personality!" Something about her speech seems more stable than before, and she hasn't cackled in the past few seconds. But then she makes a sudden, twisting, leaping attack at Callista, her open mouth suddenly lighting aflame just in time to try and deliver a taste of Fire Fang to any part of the shopping queen she can get at.

*Callista's response is to shove the apple danish she was still holding into Velcy's mouth before it can slam shut.*

The danish is burnt to a crisp on the way in by the sunny-day-enhanced fire, and probably tastes terrible; the intensity of the heat might give the equivalent of a sunburn to the inserting hand. The other important concern is that the Mightyena-girl's trajectory lands her on top of Callista unless she's sidestepped in the process of shoving the treat in. Either way, whether she lands on the concrete or Callista, Velcy turns so she isn't facing toward anyone and spits the burned danish out of her mouth with an exaggerated "Pfueeh!"

[Knight Errant]

Frowning at the pair... and feeling that strange second way of breathing available to her. With the strange girl looking away, she takes a couple steps closer... breathing in... concentrating... "Mmm PFWAAAAH!" She spits out a flamethrower-like lance of fire. Which seems to blaze even hotter under the harsh light of the sun as it shoots towards Velky's back.

*If anything, Callista's anger reaches new heights when Velcy lands on top of her. Quickly she kicks Velcy into Dact's flamethrower and rolls out of the way to keep herself from being hit.*

*As a side note, considering how Blue Velcy is, making direct contact with Callista might not have been a good idea. The effects of the latter's Cute Charm ability kick in.*

Velcy starts an excited, happy giggling when Cute Charm sets in, and just when Callista kicks her it progresses into a new, even madder-sounding hyena laugh. She sails through the air, through the massive jet of flamethrower...straight toward Dact. She does seem to have been hurt by the fire, but it doesn't slow her down; she roughly punches Dact in the whip-holding arm, aiming to steal the whip like a Thief, and then, in the same motion, toss it handle-first with all her strength at Callista's center in Payback for the kick. If she really was charmed by the Delcatty-girl, then it's possible her concept of attraction is a bit...different. Whether or not this attempt works, her momentum carries her on a roll along the ground past Dact and she bounces back up to her feet, back in a fighting stance toward both opponents, looking fairly injured by now but excited, happy, like she's in her element.

Dact huffs. She's had it with silly moves and this ridiculous attacks. Her fists clenched as she charges towards Velcy... moving in, not even sure what or how she would attack... as all the bottled up Frustration just bursts out of her along with a strike.

Velcy seems unusually ready for Dact's approach, catching her in the chin with a Sucker Punch on the way to being hit with the Houndoom-girl's attack. It's a hard strike, but it hurts less than it seems like it should. And she's sent flying backwards by Dact's strike, landing on her back a few yards away.

*Callista staggers back when hit by the thrown whip, but more or less shrugs it off. Hissing, she leaps high into the air with a single Bounce before diving down at Velcy, timing it for when she lands after being hit by Dact's attack.*
