Katarina's Kozy Korner Spa and Salon

[Raleigh]

*A small one story building appears overnight in town. It looks fairly normal and suitable for a business with no signs it is in any way fishy or up to something. A sign over the entrance states the name of the business in red font over a white backboard. Looking through the windows one will spot a row of chairs and sinks waiting for customers to have their hair done and signs that further back is a hallway likely leading to the various rooms that handle the more spa oriented business. Around nine in the morning the doors unlock and a young woman can be found sitting at the desk waiting for customers.*

*Amber walks in, looking tired and just this side of stressed.*

First.

[Raleigh]

*The young woman turns to her new customer. One could make out that she was rather typical height and weight with the only thing really standing out about her was her red hair. She smiles as she addresses the new person in the shop.* Welcome to Katarina's Kozy Korner Spa and Salon. My name is Katarina. How might we help you today?

Saw the sign and figured I'd look into your services. I have a bunch of rambunctious kids at home, three of them are teenagers now, and they've been driving me batty recently. I need a break.

[Raleigh]

Katarina:Ah, a relaxation package then, yes? Any thing you don't like? I know a few people who dislike massages and the like so I figured I'd ask first before I start putting together the rooms and attendants for you. Also, feel free to look over our selection of treatments if you wish. *Points to a sign near her table that mentions what they do. Most of it is standard fair but there is a part that reads "Ask About Our Special Packages." Also on the sign is a small bit of writing that mentions this company is a small subsidiary of DrakeCorp.*

[AmbushCat]

*looks over the list and attached disclaimer* Acupuncture is pretty much the only thing I can think of that I'd hate. I'd just never seen the appeal behind sticking sharp objects in people to help them relax.

[Raleigh]

Katarina: Well it does help stimulate certain nerves and channel the energy of the body but I can understand. Not everyone is up for that. Alright, I'll have the rooms ready for you in just a moment and an attendant should be here to lead you to your first treatment. *After a few moments a young man approaches the two. He has white hair, blue eyes, and is a bit on the small side. A small mouse tail can be seen behind him if one pays attention.*
????: Greetings miss. If you'll follow me we'll get you to the dressing rooms and then into the sauna.

[AmbushCat]

*Amber forces herself to keep from going full-on feline on spotting the tail, instead nodding and choosing to follow him.*

[Raleigh]

*The young man leads her to the room where she can put her clothes up and get a towel if she wants. Once she is done getting ready he will lead her to the sauna room.* ???:I hope we can help you relax miss.

[AmbushCat]

*makes the necessary preparations* I hope so, too. If you don't mind a request, could you try to keep that tail of yours out of sight? Just because I'm human doesn't mean my brain is.

[Raleigh]

???: Ah, sorry miss. I'll tuck that in. *Pulls his tail in tight and wraps it around himself for the moment so it looks more like a belt.* The sauna is this way. *Leads her two doors down and on the right.* We have the settings knob on the inside so you can set it to what you like.

[AmbushCat]

Thanks much.

*Amber enters the sauna, shutting the door behind her. Not much to say for what happens immediately afterward, but if her contented humming is any indication, she seems to be enjoying herself thus far.*

[Raleigh]

*Katarina waits outside to direct Amber to her next service. The young mouse boy having taken over the front desk duties for the moment.*

*In through the front door enters Aki looking for something interesting.* Aki: Hm... it says ask about special packages. What do you have? *The boy hands her a separate list of options to select from.* I'll have the Mutable Mudpack. *He nods and leads her off to get ready and then to the workstation where they will give her the mud pack.*

*Amber steps out not long after, blinking her eyes a few times to clear any sleepiness from them.*

Whew... almost feels like a volcano in there. Don't ask me how I know what a volcano feels like.

[Raleigh]

Katarina: Okay. So are you ready for a soak? If so, any particular scent or minerals you would prefer?
