DrakeCorp Airshipyard and Dock

*In one of the larger structures deployed into Muffinville one can find a facility that opens up into the air above. Within it one can find various docks for airships of all sorts following various motifs and themes. Steampunk, advanced future technologies, medieval magic, and such themes are played throughout various docks where one can find assorted airships waiting for their use. Some of these themes swirl together in the main chambers at ground level where an attendant catgirl dressed as an engineer waits for customers to step in and place orders. In a large floating platform not too far away from the facility one can see various small figures working to assemble an airship made to order for a customer.*

Catgirl: I do hope we can get more customers. It is much more fun to put together new things than just stock the previous ones.

*In a section of the building near the steam punk docs one can find a massive mural on the wall of various cogs, gears, and springs that one might find in any clockwork mechanism. In front of the mural Ebony, in her human form, steps from the shadows and walks over to a clear spot on the wall.* Let me see if I remember how to open it. *Placing her finger in the open section she draws a circular motion across the wall. After she is done a new gear appears in the mural that begins to turn setting the still image into movement. After a moment she turns away from the wall to observe the new dimension she has accessed by activating the path.* Lavoro di Orologio, are you in here? The boss has need of your services. *She begins to walk past the various wind up powered automatons that occupy this particular pocket dimension ignoring them as they assemble others of their kind.*
*Rolls eyes.* Yeah, I'm sure you can.

*From out of one of the automatons' shadows climbs a juvenile Black Maine Coon, easily identified as Echo. For the lack of anything better to do, the cat catches up to Ebony and walks alongside her as she goes.*

Hey Echo. Come to this pocket dimension often? *Walks past some more unique automatons that are holding their wind up keys like weapons. Their keys do look a bit more high tech than simple cogs and springs would require though.*

*Nods her head.* Well it isn't exactly as crowded as some of the other places here even so. Have you seen a young looking fellow who won't stop tinkering with gears long enough to breathe much less eat anywhere in here?

That is alright. I was just hoping you could help me speed this up. Lavoro isn't exactly our nicest contract employee and he honestly creeps me out. I prefer the things I'm working with to have either a pulse or an energy frequency. The sound of all these gears hurts my ears.

Thank you. I think we are going to have to go up a level since he doesn't seem to be here. On the bright side, you'll get to see something we've got him working on most likely. We might get to see a new prototype about to be put on the line.

A clockwork kind. There is a world we've had reason to interact with that lacks magic so it prevents the boss from entering it personally, has an environment that is poisonous to spirits not native to it, and contains a rather powerful psychic race. So we found ourselves needing agents that are neither magical, spiritual, nor possessing of an organic mind. A more proper robot might be preferable but if it got damaged it would cause all sorts of complications with the time line of that world. On the other hand they already host a race of clock work beings so this won't stand out so oddly.
