"Ah! That's really positive! Thank you!" She puts her arms straight up in the air for a few seconds before dropping them again. "Uh..do you know why we mirror?"

Callista: Let's get out of the road first, okay? Standing here's making me nervous. *crosses to the other side*

"Uh.." the not-Callista follows her over onto the sidewalk, and then looks left and right. "...This isn't car-road?"

Callista: It wasn't safe, I'll say it that way. Are you going to be alright?

"Most-right...some left." She rubs one of her still-present slight arm-bruises. "I walked out of drinks and had to buy ooples...less for cleethongs later." Reaching into the grocery store shopping bag (which of course came with her on the way off the street) she produces another of her purchases as a display of this situation...which turns out to be a tomapple someone probably slipped in with the regular apples before her recent fruit-buying spree.

Callista: I see... *blinks* Um, I don't think you should eat that particular apple. It doesn't look ripe.

"These aren't for eating," she says, sounding a little confused but dropping the fruit back into the bag. "Sence-deself. I don't have more drinks, but a little bit of the crystal."

Callista: *a bit confused* Um... okay. *metaphorical light bulb clicks on* Think you'd be interested in a visual makeover?

She squints. "My eyes look wrong? I won't say no to a try a makeover, though."

Callista: *gleeful* Great. Follow me!

*Callista turns and walks down the street, humming a tune as she goes.*

The double follows easily enough, though occasionally one of her legs seems to go stiff for no apparent reason. Before long she starts mumbling the lyrics to the same song in time with Callista's humming, but it doesn't look as if she's actually aware she's doing so.

((OOC: Heh... I actually missed it when it was new, myself. I was watching Lets Plays of a Super Mario fangame a couple years ago, and one of the levels in the game used that song.))

*The two of them reach their destination, a small boutique, before too long. The owner recognizes Callista and lets her in, does a double-take when she sees the girl's counterpart and shakes her head, mumbling about needing her eyes checked. Callista leads the double further in, oblivious.*

The double looks around the location curiously, but otherwise continues to follow inward.

*The two of them eventually reach a spare dressing room with a "Reserved" sign hung on the door. Callista non-chalantly opens it and steps through, waits until her double does the same, then shoves aside a wall panel and proceeds to enter a long number sequence on a hidden keypad.*

Callista: Give me a minute here. My security's a bit tight this time.
