Just in time to be a last-minute, final resort for anyone who didn't get their halloween costumes yet, a big, gaudy tent pops into existence on some forgotten vacant lot of Muffinville, along with some ads in the papers nobody reads and a couple of internet ads on only the most obscure of websites.
Inside the tent is rolling rack after rack of costumes of all types and descriptions, not arranged with any particular visible structure or organization, the racks themselves mostly in neat rows with the occasional parts out of order. The strangest thing about this apparent costume shop is probably the fact that there is nobody manning it, nor any cashier counters or anything of the like at which a person manning the shop would be expected to work. To welcome the first would-be customers of this costume tent, there is only an eerie silence, and perhaps the occasional rustling of the costumes in a light breeze.
