Gina blinks at the space Callista was in a couple of times after she leaves. "Well I..don't even know who you are. So there!" she says after the lengthy pause, probably completely out of the target's earshot and not particularly effective in wording anyway.

"That person was weird."

*Callista would respond with "That's Mrs. Weird to you!", but is outside of earshot. Best to just forget about her for now.*

After looking around awkwardly for a moment, trying to think of something to say, Gina says, "Yeah..did you notice she was talking into her soup earlier?"

"Yes...I think she has some issues to deal with there." Natsuki said with a shrug. "Speaking of soup, our food should be ready soon yes?" The catgirl didn't want to admit it but she was starving.

"Well, I think it'll be here pretty..uh.." Gina pauses, sniffs air a couple of times, and looks down. Her steak is there. Somewhere in the time it took to notice that, a plate full of sushi has appeared just about under Natsuki's nose. "Man they're good at that."

Natsuki took in the smells coming from her food and her mouth instantly watered. The sushi smelled so good! Without thinking she stabbed her food with a fork and took a bite, practically mewing at how tasty it was.

Gina stifles a giggle, a little surprised she's even capable of that kind of sound. "Y-you have no idea how cute that looks, do ya?"

Natsuki blushes. "S-Shut up...I am not." Despite this she keeps eating her sushi eagerly.

Rather than argue, Gina starts on her own meal, picking up an entire strip of the steak with her fork and tearing a piece off with her visibly quite sharp teeth. It's not quite as bad as eating something covered in sauce with one's hands, but it certainly isn't the most refined way to eat.

Natsuki giggled as she watched how...delicately Gina ate her food. "And you thought how I ate my food was cute...you should look at yourself."

"Mmgh?" Gina swallows what's in her mouth, her face a little more red. "W-well I can't help it, I was raised by wolves," she says, "or..werewolves, whatever. A-anyway, I own it." She tears off another piece of meat even more enthusiastically after this, ignoring the fact that this lands some of the sauce on the bit of skin visible between her collar and shirt.

Natsuki just giggles again, and then starts to devour her food just as enthusiastically...and messy.

About the time the two of them seem close to finishing the meal, a ticket shows up on the counter. For a steak and a bunch of sushi, the price seems actually pretty reasonable.

Gina immediately reaches for the ticket on noticing it.
