Before long the two of them (or at least Jaylene) come out near Valveta. "Hey! You got some..lesser knights? Squires? Nice work. I got us a librarian."

*grabs Ookalf's arm* I win.

No you don't! *Circe tries to shake Ambush off.*

The Vizier nods. "Hmm. I suppose we should bring these to meet the princess. Might be a good idea to start thinking about actually getting a castle somewhere if she's not already on that..."

[Ookalf]

Yeah... *Valveta starts walking back to where the left Circe, trusting everyone else to follow along.* I was kinda wondering how that'll work, too... We probably can't count on one just popping out of the ground, or whatever.

No you don't! *Circe tries to shake Ambush off.*

*Amber chants something to herself, causing the fingers on her gripping hand to lengthen and merge together, forming an impromptu set of shackles.*

No can do, Princess. Just staying true to my role. >^_^<

After a few minutes the two original visitors to the shrine return, with five more subjects in tow. Jaylene glares at the dragon-girl. "Hey, what's this about?"

Seriously, let go! *Circe tries to shake Amber off again, then looks to everyone else just standing around.* Hey! Princess getting kidnapped here! One of you wanna do something about that?

Oh, right! *Valveta runs forward and slashes at Amber with her sword.*

As a fellow dragon would put it, Jay-Jay: "Well, bugger."

*Amber's free arm morphs into a steel sword and moves into position to block the initial strike.*

*grinning* I've got fire breath, and your name sounds like Velveeta. Do I really need to tell you how this will end?

"Oh thank goodness I wasn't the only one who thought of that," mutters Jaylene. She makes a throwing gesture and summons a Captain America-styled shield in mid-flight, aimed..at the air a few feet to the side of the 'dragon' that the princess isn't on. Unhindered, it will appear to just sail on by for now.

She makes a throwing gesture and summons a Captain America-styled shield in mid-flight, aimed..at the air a few feet to the side of the 'dragon' that the princess isn't on. Unhindered, it will appear to just sail on by for now.

What, the Velveeta thing?

*Amber keeps one eye on the shield as it goes past. She seems to be looking for something about it in particular, but whatever it is isn't immediately evident.*

Is that a regular excuse, or 2%? *moves her arm out of the sword's flight path*

"You know..if you weren't engaged in kidnapping someone I'm supposed to be advisor to I think we'd get along." Jaylene makes an underhanded toss gesture, and an anvil appears a few yards above the dragon's head.

*Amber immediately teleports six feet away, releasing her grip on Circe's arm in doing so. Seems there was something about that anvil she didn't like.*

Hey, just playing the role that thing gave me. Don't mind me.

*Once Amber backs off, Circe and Valveta both back off to avoid the anvil.* Geeze, watch where you drop stuff like that, Jaylene! You could've hit me!

*Valveta, meanwhile, keeps her eye on Amber.* So, you gonna try that again?
