Elk: *spokesperson-voice* Food. It's what for dinner!

Ellen: ...Lunch, technically.

Elk: Whatever. Food, please!

*she quickly brings out some Sukiyaki*0

*...which Elk wastes little time in trying to scarf down. Looking as scandalized as possible for a stoic, Ellen tries to take her share away from Elk but violently recoils when one of her cat ears gets bitten. Not giving any outward sign of her frustration, she pivots...*

Ellen: ...Catch, miss.

*...and kicks Elk at Yuriko, neatly dislodging the sukiyaki. Catching both her share and Elk's without spilling anything, she daintily starts on her lunch.*

Elk: *frantic* Wait a minute! Wait a minute! Jafar! What if you were the chump husband?

Ellen: ... ...What?

*Ellen looks up from her food as what Elk said sinks in, then blushes mildly and turns away; given his momentum and the nature of Muffinville, it was probably inevitable that he ended up lodged in a certain place.*

Elk: *still imitating Iago* I can't breathe, Jafar!

*Amber's rustling noises become a bit more frantic.*

Oh... I get it now. I think. *Yuriko smirks and lifts Elk out of his "certain place".* It's funny, though. I always figured guys liked that sort of thing.

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ...I hate to break it to you, but his tiny brain is loaded with nonsense of an entirely different kind. *continues munching her lunch*

Elk: 4th degree, or 4th grade? You make the call!

Well, whatever. *Yuriko sets Elk down.* Go on and get your food, kid.

*Thankfully Ellen has the presence of mind to hold Elk's share out away from her, as her brother outright tackles her hand to get it. Amber's rummaging calms down.*

Ellen: ...Thank you both. ...I don't mean to be a bother, but could we have something to drink, too? Like some juice or something?
