Idol of Shiva

[Cece]

Out in the far southern reaches of Muffinville, a small abandoned temple sits. To one side, sits the jagged mountains and bluffs of the rainbow mountains. Legend and myth tell of how the untamed color energies once thundered thruout the range and thru lost lore, washed down to the sea and valley of Muffinville. To another side is the sense jungles of athOroth. A hidden gateway beyond the shards is rumored to exist there, though many have tried to prove it's existence, none who have searched have ever returned to Muffinville... Or so the rumors tell. The primary view shows the front to be clear but for the tri colored sands...(Black, White , and Silver)... Though there are many traps and hidden things beneath those calm looking sands.

So why would anyone put a temple so far away from population and in such a inhospitable Area? No one can seem to recall at this time, but something has happened recently. Surges of power and magics see to be coming fron the old temple, and it would seem someone has woke up after a long sleep...

[Nikki]

Justin Russo begins to walk the path in search for the magical artifact. He doesn't know what he'd do with it but he was sent to find it.

[Cece]

*As Justin follows the path, it seems to shift and turn when the winds start to pick up, the tri colored sands swirling in a almost hypnotic swirl

[Nikki]

"This looks very odd." Justin remarks as he reaches for his wand.

[Cece]

just as Justin's hand reaches his wand, the sand swirls up and blocks his vision, knocking his wand out of his reach. The sand then begins to stick to him and harden, making it harder and harder and harder to move. There is a sound in the wind, almost like a voice calling out...Would you dance for me?

[Nikki]

"What?" Justin asks as he remembers not to struggle in quicksand.

[Cece]

*the voice calls out louder now...or maybe it's in the sand itself as Justin soon finds himself almost completely coated in the tri colored sands...*
Would you dance for me?" it says once more

[Nikki]

"Dance? Who? Where are you?" Justin asks, now starting to panic.

[Cece]

"Dance? Who? Where are you?" Justin asks, now starting to panic.

*The voice seems to come from everywhere around Justin causing his skin to tingle where the sand was made contact...*
"Yes, dance. And yes, you, my tasty morsel, will you dance for me.. And I'm right here."
Justin can feel the sand stick to his back and shoulders true his clothing...

[Nikki]

Justin decides that maybe it will stop if he dances. He begins to sway awkwardly

[Cece]

*As Justin tries to sway and move, his body feels ...off... And directed like a marionette. It could be from all the sand clinging to him, but the voice seems to be amused with his attempt...
Yes...the dance. Feel how it swings and moves you

[Nikki]

"What's happening?" Justin asks as he can't stop dancing.

[Raleigh]

*Even beyond the realms and sealed away a portion of Raleigh's conscious turns its attention toward the dancing sands.* This isn't good.
